Chapter 311: Leshan's New Life, the Dragon's Shadow Appears

"Oh no, is the dragon about to wake up?" Suna nervously grabbed the corner of Lin Yu's clothes, her voice trembling slightly, with a hint of fear that was hard to hide. Her eyes were wide open, staring at the whirlpool on the river surface, as if there was endless fear hidden in it.

Lin Yu's expression was as solemn as the sky before a storm. He stared at the river and said, "Everyone be careful and get ready for battle. It seems we have arrived at the right time. The dragon seems to have sensed our arrival and is ready to attack." A strong sense of urgency surged in his heart. He knew that a fierce battle was about to break out, and they had to go all out.

A massive figure slowly rose from the vortex. It was the sealed dragon. Its body was as vast as a mountain, covered in cyan scales, each gleaming with a cold, eerie sheen, as if composed of countless pieces of meticulously polished jade. Its whiskers swayed in the wind like two ethereal cyan ribbons, yet exuded a chilling aura. Its eyes shone a blood-red glow, like two blazing torches, imbued with immense majesty and ferocity, as if capable of incinerating all life. The dragon opened its bloody maw, revealing sharp fangs, and unleashed a deafening roar. The roar resonated like thunder, shaking the entire Leshan Mountain. Rocks tumbled from the mountain, and the trees shook violently under the powerful sound waves.

"This dragon looks so powerful! How can we deal with it?" Suna's voice trembled slightly with fear, and her legs couldn't help but weaken. The dragon before her was so huge and terrifying that she felt so powerless, as if a gust of wind could blow them away.

Lin Yu gripped his sword tightly, his knuckles turning white from the strain. His mind raced, pondering a strategy. After a moment, he took a deep breath, trying to sound calm and powerful. "Let's observe its movements and look for weaknesses. This dragon has been sealed for years and may not have fully recovered its strength just now. We must seize this opportunity. Everyone, don't panic, stay calm. We will definitely find a way to defeat it." Although he was also filled with worry, he knew that at this moment, he had to give his companions confidence, so that everyone could unite and face the crisis together.

Leng Xuan nodded in agreement. He gripped the Shadow Moon Blade tightly, the blade gleaming coldly in the sunlight, as if echoing his inner resolve. He fixed his gaze on the dragon like a cheetah on its prey, ready to strike a fatal blow at any moment. His heart was filled with a thirst for battle and a determination for victory. He firmly believed that with the strength of the three of them, they would surely defeat the dragon.

The dragon seemed to sense their threat and launched the first attack. It opened its mouth wide, and a stream of green flames shot out towards Lin Yu and the other two like a raging torrent. The flames were so hot that the air seemed to be ignited wherever they passed, making a "sizzling" sound. The flames were like giant green dragons, rushing towards them with bared fangs and claws. Lin Yu shouted, "Scatter!" The sound was particularly loud amid the roar of the flames. The three of them quickly ran in different directions, their movements swift and panicked. The flames flew past their bodies, burning the ground and leaving black marks. The pungent smell of burning filled the air.

Lin Yu looked at the dragon, anxiously pondering a strategy. "This dragon's flames are incredibly powerful and extremely hot. We can't confront them head-on. We need to find a way to get close to it and attack its vital points. But it's so massive, and its entire body is covered in hard scales. Where exactly is its vital point?" His brow furrowed tightly, a hint of anxiety in his eyes. He knew that finding the dragon's weakness was the key to defeating it; otherwise, they would be trapped in this battle.

Leng Xuan nimbly dodged the flames while closely observing the dragon's movements. He noticed that after each fire spit, the dragon paused briefly, as if gathering strength for its next attack. With a sudden thought, he shouted to Lin Yu, "Lin Yu, there's a pause after it spit fire. Let's take advantage of this moment to attack! This could be our chance!" His voice was firm and powerful, clearly audible above the roar of the flames.

After hearing this, Lin Yu's eyes suddenly lit up, as if he saw a ray of light in the darkness. He responded loudly, "Okay, Suna, you command the insect to interfere with it and try to distract it. Leng Xuan and I will take the opportunity to attack. We must seize every opportunity and not miss any flaws."

Suna took a deep breath, trying to calm her hands, which were shaking with fear. She concentrated, directing the insects toward the dragon. Under her control, the insects, like a dense black mist, rapidly approached the dragon. The dragon's eyes flashed with disdain as it saw the insects approach, as if mocking these tiny creatures. It waved its claws, and a strong wind roared out, blowing the insects away like a hurricane. The insects struggled in the wind, humming and wailing, and fell one after another.

"Damn it, it doesn't seem to take the Gu worms seriously." Suna gritted her teeth, a hint of unwillingness in her eyes. Watching the Gu worms fall in the strong wind, she felt a pang of distress, but at the same time, she was even more determined to defeat the evil dragon.

While the dragon was dealing with the poisonous insect, Lin Yu and Leng Xuan rushed towards the dragon like two black lightning bolts. Lin Yu swung his sword and chopped at the dragon's legs. The sword made a sound of breaking wind and slashed fiercely on the dragon's scales, making a loud "clang" sound and splashing a dazzling spark. However, the sword only left a shallow mark on the dragon's scales, and the dragon did not seem to be seriously injured. The dragon felt pain and swung its tail angrily, sweeping towards Lin Yu. The tail was like a huge steel whip, carrying a tremendous force. Lin Yu quickly jumped back to avoid it, but accidentally hit the stone behind him. A sharp pain came from his back, but he didn't care about it. He quickly stood up and prepared to attack again.
