The battle between ice beasts and hidden mysteries
Lin Yu and his team were caught in a frenzied attack by ice beasts. The beasts surged in from all sides like a tide, their roars and the clash of weapons mingling in a terrifying cacophony, echoing through the narrow valley. Lin Yu stared intently at a charging ice beast, its fangs bared and claws bared. The beast's eyes shone with an endless ferocity, as if it were poised to devour him alive. Just as the beast was about to pounce, Lin Yu seized the opportunity, shoved his feet into the snow, and leaped high into the air. His body arced through the air, the sharp blade in his hand gleaming coldly in the sunlight as he stabbed the beast's eyes with lightning-fast precision.
With a "puff" sound, the sharp blade pierced deeply into the eye socket of the ice beast, and a stream of black blood with a chill gushed out. The ice beast let out an extremely painful roar, and the sound was like a sharp ice cone, piercing everyone's eardrums directly, making people feel tinnitus. It shook its head frantically, and the huge force knocked Lin Yu away. Lin Yu fell heavily to the ground, and his body slid for a distance on the snow, splashing large snowflakes. But he did not hesitate at all, and quickly rolled to his feet, tightly gripping the weapon in his hand again, staring at the group of ice beasts with a firm and fierce look. At this time, he was worried about the safety of his team members, but he knew that he must not panic. As the captain, he must remain calm and lead everyone out of the encirclement.

Lin Yu was terrified. Looking at the injured team members, he was filled with self-blame and anger. He blamed himself for not being able to better protect the team members, and he was furious at the ferocity of the ice beasts. Finally, it let out a mournful wail, its massive body collapsing with a thud, transforming into a pool of icy water in the snow, ending this brief but intense battle.
But before anyone could even catch their breath, the remaining ice beasts, seemingly enraged by the death of their companions, surrounded them in a tight circle, roaring deep and furiously. Their ice armor shone with an increasingly eerie light, as if gathering some powerful force. Suddenly, the ice beasts attacked simultaneously, their speed several times faster than before, pounced upon the group like white lightning.
Lin Yu instantly felt the pressure multiply like a mountain. He swung his weapon with impenetrable force, making a whirring sound as he barely managed to fend off the ice beasts' furious onslaught. Each collision with an ice beast numbed his arms, but he gritted his teeth, enduring the pain, not daring to relax. "This isn't going to work! We need a powerful attack to repel them all!" Lin Yu shouted as he fought back, his mind racing with intense tension, racking his brains for a countermeasure.
At that moment, a team member suddenly called out, "Captain, I have explosives in my backpack. Maybe we can blast our way through!" Lin Yu's heart skipped a beat, as if he had seen a glimmer of hope in the darkness, but then a deep worry overtook him. He knew that using explosives in these snowy mountains would very likely trigger a massive avalanche, burying everyone beneath the ice and snow, with disastrous consequences. "That's too risky. We shouldn't use it unless absolutely necessary. Let's find another way!" Lin Yu quickly responded.
At that moment, a cunning ice beast took advantage of Lin Yu's distraction and pounced at him like a ghost. Lin Yu sensed the danger and quickly dodged, but he was still a step too slow. The ice beast's sharp claws scratched his clothes, leaving a shallow bloodstain on his waist. A chill instantly hit him, making him shudder.
Amidst the fierce and chaotic battle, Lin Yu, with his keen observation, suddenly discovered that the rhythm of the ice beasts' attacks seemed to be linked to some low-frequency vibration. With each vibration, the ice beasts' attacks grew more ferocious, as if infused with insane power. He endured the pain in his waist and quickly scanned his surroundings, finally spotting a massive block of ice not far away. The ice was crystal clear, and something within seemed to be emitting a faint glow, as if beckoning him from the darkness.
"Listen everyone, that glowing piece of ice may be the key. If we find a way to get close to it, maybe we can break the ice beast's attack!" Lin Yu said loudly, his voice firm and powerful, as if injecting a shot of adrenaline into the team members.
