At Lin Yu's command, he and his team, like a group of fearless warriors, launched a relentless, swift attack on the monster's leg joints. The sharp blade in his hand gleamed dazzlingly in the sunlight, piercing the relatively thin patch of ice armor at the joint like a bolt of lightning.
With a "puff," the blade successfully penetrated the ice armor, but it was stuck tightly, unable to penetrate any further. Lin Yu was extremely anxious. He gritted his teeth and twisted the blade with all his strength, trying to widen the wound and give the monster a fatal blow. The monster felt the pain and let out a deafening roar. The sound seemed to roar from the depths of hell, shaking the surrounding snow-capped mountains slightly. Then, it swung its left leg violently, and the huge force was like a surging torrent, throwing Lin Yu violently.
Lin Yu flew uncontrollably through the air in a long arc, then crashed heavily onto the snow like a kite with its string cut, sending up a shower of white snowflakes. "Captain!" The huge sole of its foot covered the sky and sun, pressing down with the momentum of destruction. The team member watched this scene with a flash of determination in his eyes. He gave it his all, his legs accelerating like springs. At the critical moment, he pounced on Lin Yu like a black lightning and pushed him away with all his strength.
With a resounding "boom," the monster's massive foot plummeted down, slamming into the snow like a bombshell, sending icy snow flying several feet high. The snow and ice spread like a white smoke, momentarily obscuring vision. Lin Yu looked at the team members who had rescued him, feeling both moved and anxious, a deep sense of responsibility welling up within him. "Leave me alone, keep attacking its weak spot!" Lin Yu shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice hoarse with anxiety, echoing through the icy snow.
Hearing Lin Yu's cry, the team members felt a surge of strength. They quickly rallied and rushed towards the monster like a tide. This time, they coordinated even more tacitly. One team member, with his nimble agility, weaved between the monster's violent attacks like a ghost, deftly snaking close to its right leg. With complete concentration, he seized the fleeting opportunity and thrust his specially crafted spear into the crack at the joint.
With a thud, the spear pierced deeply, and the monster let out a painful howl, its voice filled with anger and unwillingness. It lashed its right leg wildly, trying to shake off the spear and the team member. The team member held on to the spear tightly, his facial muscles contorted with the effort, and his entire body was spun wildly in the air. However, his eyes were firm, and he never let go, with only one belief in his heart: he must widen the crack and deal the monster a fatal blow!
"Everyone, work together! Widen the crack!" Lin Yu shouted, swallowing the pain from his wounds as he stood up and joined the battle again. Upon hearing the command, the team members gathered around like tigers. Some brandished their weapons, slashing at the crack, each blow laced with fury and determination; others strained with all their might to pry it open, their veins throbbing from the effort. With everyone's concerted efforts, the crack in the ice armor at the joint of the monster's right leg gradually widened, crackling as if on the verge of shattering.
Suddenly, as if sensing death approaching, the monster emanated a suffocatingly intense chill, rapidly spreading from its center. Like a raging cold current, this chill instantly swept across the battlefield. The team members were caught off guard and struck by the chill. Their bodies were instantly coated in a thin layer of ice, their movements becoming slow and stiff, as if time had frozen in that moment.
"Oh no! This monster is struggling!" Lin Yu thought to himself, a strong sense of crisis washing over him. While struggling to resist the cold air, he quickly thought of a countermeasure. In this tense moment, he noticed that although the monster was releasing such a powerful cold air, its attack rhythm had slowed down significantly. Every time it released cold air, its body would tremble slightly, as if it was consuming a lot of physical strength.
"Everyone, hold on! This is our chance! It's almost collapsing. Keep attacking its weak spots!" Lin Yu shouted, his voice firm and powerful, echoing like a bell through the icy snow, conveying confidence and strength to the team members. Hearing Lin Yu's call, the team members gritted their teeth, enduring the cold and physical discomfort, their eyes rekindled with a resolute fighting spirit, and continued to attack the monster's leg joints.
As the attacks continued, the cracks widened with painful "crackling" sounds. Finally, with a crisp "crack," a large chunk of the ice armor on the monster's right leg finally cracked, revealing the pale blue flesh beneath. The flesh trembled slightly in the cold air, as if telling of the monster's pain.
