Critically wounded, the fire monster unleashed a roar so powerful it shook the tunnel. It sounded like a roar from the depths of hell, shaking the walls and sending dust rustling down. Its already blazing flames intensified, surging like raging magma, illuminating the surroundings in a crimson glow. The entire tunnel instantly transformed into a terrifying purgatory. He quickly turned and shouted to the teammate closest to the injured teammate, "Hurry, pull him back!" Without hesitation, the team member rushed forward like a flash of black lightning, disregarding his own safety, and dragged the injured teammate to relative safety.
Lin Yu knew that a relentless frontal assault like this would only drain his team's energy and inflict damage. He needed to find a more effective strategy quickly to defeat the powerful fire monster before him. Soon, the fire monster prepared to launch its deadly attack once again. The flames on its head began to rapidly gather. As if summoned by some mysterious force, the previously scattered flames surged towards its head, forming in the blink of an eye a massive, dazzling fireball. The fireball's brilliance was so dazzling that it illuminated everything around it like daylight, and the radiating heat distorted the very air in the passage. "Go!" Lin Yu, seizing the opportunity, shouted, and rushed towards the monster's legs like a tiger descending from a mountain. The team members followed without hesitation, weapons raised high, and with a desperate determination, they attacked the monster's legs.
The fire monster sensed the attack from below and attempted to maneuver its massive body to evade it, but it was too late. Under the combined force of the attack, the monster's leg sustained a severe blow. Blood gushed from the wound, instantly transforming into wisps of green smoke under the intense heat. The monster's body shook violently several times, like a tall building in an earthquake, and it stumbled forward a few steps, nearly falling to the ground.
However, the flaming monster didn't collapse. As if completely enraged, it unleashed a roar of utter fury. With this roar, the flames on its body instantly erupted like a volcanic eruption, raising the temperature around it to a terrifying and hopeless level. Under its control, the flames formed into massive pillars of fire several meters high, like raging fire dragons, gushing frantically towards the team members. Lin Yu felt as if he were instantly immersed in a boundless sea of fire. The scorching heat was like countless red-hot steel needles, mercilessly piercing his skin, almost scorching it.
"Hurry, find cover!" Lin Yu shouted at the top of his lungs. Hearing the shout, the team members, like frightened birds, searched for shelter. The rocks and walls of the tunnel became their only hope, and everyone rushed towards them. The flames raged through the tunnel like raging beasts, reducing everything in their path to ash. After the flames had raged, the tunnel was in ruins, filled with a pungent smell of burning, as if it had just experienced a doomsday catastrophe.
