Lin Yu, Ouyang Zhenghao, and Shen Yao stood in a room filled with strange instruments and mysterious patterns, looking at the ancient book that revealed the secrets of the building. They knew that the road to lifting the curse had just begun. The task of finding the tribe's sacred relic weighed like a heavy stone on their hearts.
"I have no clue where to find this relic. In such a huge building, where do I even begin?" Ouyang Zhenghao frowned, a hint of anxiety in his eyes. He looked around. This room, filled with unknowns, seemed to harbor countless eyes, watching their every move. He was worried about the relic's elusiveness and the dangers they might encounter during their search. His previous encounter with the terrifying figure had already left him with lingering fears, and he wondered what other horrors awaited them in their next exploration.
Lin Yu frowned slightly, lost in thought. His eyes roamed the room, trying to find a clue in the surroundings. "According to written records, the sacred object is closely related to tribal sacrifices. Perhaps we can find clues from the layout of the building and these mysterious patterns." Lin Yu said in a calm and firm voice, trying to instill confidence in his teammates. He knew that in this difficult situation, the team's confidence was crucial. However, he was also filled with worry. The whereabouts of the sacred object were unknown, and the building was full of strange things. They were running out of time, and every minute and every second could face new crises.
Chen Yao nodded gently, her gaze fixed on the mysterious patterns on the wall. She pushed her glasses up and said, "These patterns may be some kind of guidance. Ancient tribes often used patterns to convey important information. If we study them carefully, we might find clues to the location of the sacred artifact." Chen Yao squatted down and carefully observed the patterns on the ground, trying to discern a pattern from these seemingly chaotic lines. Her heartbeat quickened slightly, eager to find a key clue, yet afraid to miss any details. As an expert in the occult, she understood the importance of deciphering these patterns, but also the difficulty involved.
The three began a thorough search of the room, leaving no corner untouched. Lin Yu meticulously examined each strange instrument, trying to find clues to the relic. He gently touched the surface, feeling the marks of time. "These instruments may seem old, but they exude a mysterious power. Perhaps they are inextricably linked to the search for the relic," Lin Yu muttered to himself, his eyes revealing concentration and thought.
Across the room, Ouyang Zhenghao was leafing through some ancient scrolls. The text on the scrolls was obscure and difficult to decipher, but he struggled to decipher it, hoping to find any useful information. "These texts seem to describe some tribal rituals, but there's no mention of sacred objects," Ouyang Zhenghao said with some frustration, his brow knitted into a knot, his anxiety growing stronger.
At this moment, Chen Yao suddenly exclaimed, "Come and see!" Lin Yu and Ouyang Zhenghao quickly ran to Chen Yao's side. Chen Yao pointed to an inconspicuous pattern on the wall and said, "This pattern is different from the others. It seems to be pointing in a certain direction." Everyone looked in the direction indicated by the pattern and saw a faint line extending to the corner of the room.
They followed the line and found a seemingly ordinary wall in the corner. Lin Yu tried to push it, and the wall slowly moved, revealing a hidden passage. The passage was filled with a pungent smell and was dark and deep, as if it led to an endless abyss.
"This passage looks eerie and terrifying. I wonder what's inside," Ouyang Zhenghao said warily, his hand unconsciously reaching for the weapon at his waist. His heartbeat raced, and a strong sense of unease washed over him. But he knew that in order to find the relic and lift the curse, they must bravely step into this unknown passage.
Lin Yu took a deep breath and said, "No matter what's in there, we have to go in and take a look. Everyone, be careful and stay alert." Lin Yu walked into the passage first, followed closely by Ouyang Zhenghao and Shen Yao. The passage was very narrow, only wide enough for one person to pass through, so they had to move sideways. The walls were wet, as if alive, constantly oozing black liquid and emitting a sickening odor.
After walking for a while, the passage suddenly opened up, revealing a circular space. In the center sat a massive stone coffin, engraved with strange runes and emitting a faint glow. A circle of flames surrounded the coffin, a strange blue hue, like the phantom fire of hell, scorching their nerves.
"This sarcophagus... could the holy object be inside?" Chen Yao said, her voice trembling a little. She was full of anticipation, but also afraid that something horrible would appear after the sarcophagus was opened.
Lin Yu frowned and said, "It's possible, but the flames and runes around here are strange. We must proceed with caution." Lin Yu slowly paced around the sarcophagus, trying to find a way to get closer. His eyes swept over the runes, trying to decipher their meaning. However, these runes were more complex than those he had seen before, and for a moment they were difficult to understand.
Ouyang Zhenghao looked at the strange blue flame, and an impulse surged in his heart: "How about I try to put out this flame?"
Lin Yu quickly stopped him: "Don't be impulsive, this fire looks unusual, rash action may cause danger. Let's look for other clues." Lin Yu knew very well that in this place full of mystery and danger, any rash action could bring about a catastrophe.
Just as they were at their wit's end, Chen Yao suddenly spotted a line of small words on the bottom of the sarcophagus. She squatted down and carefully read them: "These words seem to say that only pure power can approach the sarcophagus and extinguish the flames."
