Lin Yu, Ye Li, and Zhao Yang, their exhausted and wounded bodies, slowly stepped into the passage filled with a faint mist and shimmering with strange light. The passage was eerily silent, with only the sound of their heavy breathing and shuffling footsteps echoing in the empty space. Lin Yu walked in front, his eyes determined yet tinged with worry. "I wonder where this passage leads? Could the missing researchers be just up ahead..." he murmured, his voice muffled in the mist. He was torn between two opposing forces. On the one hand, the desire to find the researchers burned like a raging fire, driving him forward. On the other, the unknown danger lurked in the darkness, a constant tension. He knew the deeper they ventured into the inner world, the greater the challenges they faced, and they had already exhausted their energy and strength.
Ye Li followed closely behind Lin Yu, gently wiping the sweat from her forehead, a thoughtful look in her eyes. "From all the signs we've encountered so far, everything here seems connected to some ancient power. Perhaps we can find the key to all the mysteries at the end of the passage," Ye Li said. Although her voice was a little weak, it was still filled with a persistent pursuit of the unknown. As an expert in the occult, she relied on her knowledge and intuition to try to sort out the clues from this series of strange events. However, the mystery of this place far exceeded her imagination, and each new discovery filled her with both excitement and fear.

As they progressed deeper into the tunnel, the fog grew thicker, making it nearly impossible to see the path ahead. Suddenly, a chilling wind blew from the depths of the tunnel, carrying with it a biting chill and a stench of decay, like a deathly wind blowing from the depths of hell. The wind gave them goosebumps, and a sense of foreboding washed over them.
"This wind... I feel like something's coming," Zhao Yang said warily. He tried to straighten his body and grip the weapon tightly, even though the sharp pain from the wound made his hand tremble slightly. At this moment, his heartbeat accelerated sharply, and the horrific scenes he had encountered before kept appearing in his mind. He was filled with fear of the impending danger, but he knew that he could not retreat at this time.
Lin Yu quickly pulled out his flashlight, trying to penetrate the dense fog to see what was ahead. However, the flashlight's light was so dim in the thick fog that it could only illuminate a small area in front of them. In that weak light, they seemed to see countless blurry figures looming in the mist, sometimes approaching, sometimes moving away, making it difficult to predict.
"What is that?" Ye Li asked in horror, clutching Lin Yu's arm tightly, her body trembling slightly. As an expert in the occult, she had seen many strange phenomena, but this bizarre scene still terrified her. Those blurry figures seemed to come from another world, carrying an indescribable aura of terror.

Then, a massive figure slowly emerged from the mist. It was a monster the size of a mountain, with enormous wings that stretched over ten meters wide. Each feather gleamed with an eerie metallic sheen. Its body was covered in thick black scales, like an indestructible armor. Its eyes, like two burning red flames, radiated a fiery light that seemed to see right through their hearts.
"What...what kind of monster is this?" Zhao Yang exclaimed, his eyes filled with fear, but he still held his weapon tightly, ready to fight at any time. At this moment, his heart was filled with despair. The monster before him was so powerful beyond imagination, and it seemed that they had no chance of winning.
Lin Yu stared at the monster before him, feeling a surge of helplessness, but he knew he couldn't give up. "Whatever it is, we have to find a way to deal with it. Ye Li, see if you can find its weakness using the energy detection device. Zhao Yang, let's try to contain it first," Lin Yu said, his eyes revealing a firm determination. Despite facing immense pressure, he still tried to find a glimmer of hope.
Ye Li quickly pulled out her energy detector and scanned the monster. The device emitted a rapid buzzing sound, and the data on the screen jumped wildly. "Its energy core seems to be at the base of its wings, where the energy reaction is strongest. But getting close to it is too difficult," Ye Li said, her brow furrowed, her eyes revealing worry.
