Unknown Crisis
The light and sound emitted by the box instantly made everyone nervous. Like a sudden supernova explosion, the light grew stronger and stronger, illuminating the entire room like daylight, filling every corner with the glaring light. The intense light made everyone subconsciously squint, some even shielding their eyes with their hands to avoid being hurt by the overly glaring light.
"What the hell is going on?" a team member shouted in panic, his voice trembling amidst the light and strange noises, filled with fear and confusion. His body involuntarily backed away until his back hit the wall. "Is this thing going to explode?" His heartbeat raced, threatening to burst from his throat. His mind was in a turmoil, imagining all sorts of horrific consequences.
Lin Yu stared at the box, trying to understand what was happening. His eyes struggled to adjust to the intense light, and the veins on his forehead bulged with tension. "Everyone, calm down!" he shouted, but his voice was drowned out by the light and the sounds. "There has to be a way to solve this!" He kept telling himself to stay calm and find a way to cope. However, the fear within him was like an untamed beast, constantly attacking his reason.
Suddenly, the light vanished, and the room was plunged into darkness. This darkness came so suddenly, so completely, as if the light just now was just an illusory dream. The darkness was like thick ink, swallowing everything in it, leaving people feeling extremely depressed and terrified.
Then, a powerful tremor erupted, as if the entire base was about to collapse. The ground began to shake violently, and the walls creaked eerily, as if ready to collapse at any moment. Dust from the ceiling fell in a cloud of dust, making it difficult to breathe.
"No! Run!" the rescue team leader shouted, his voice piercing with urgency and nervousness in the darkness. "Don't worry about anything else; save your life first!" His heart pounded, knowing full well the danger. "Everyone, follow me!" Drawing on years of training and experience, he struggled to navigate the darkness.
Everyone rushed towards the door in panic. In the darkness, they were like headless flies, constantly bumping into tables, chairs, and walls. Every collision brought a pang of pain, but the fear at the moment made them ignore it.
"I can't see anything!" Suna screamed, her voice filled with despair and fear, tears streaming freely in the darkness. "Someone help me!" She stretched out her hands, groping in the darkness, hoping to grasp at a lifeline. "I don't want to die here!" Her heart was filled with fear of death, her legs weak and she could barely move.
Lao Chen shouted back, "Follow my voice!" His voice was firm and powerful, trying to bring some comfort and courage to Suna. "Don't be afraid, girl, we can definitely get out!" He shouted as he struggled forward in the darkness, stumbling from time to time but quickly getting up.
Just as they were about to reach the door, a huge crack appeared in the ground, blocking their way. The crack was bottomless, like the entrance to hell, emitting a cold and evil aura.
"It's over!" someone cried in despair, his voice trembling, his legs giving way as he collapsed to the ground. "We can't escape!" His eyes were hollow, as if he had already seen death approach. "Why did this happen?" His heart was filled with resentment and despair, anger at the injustice of fate.
Lin Yu was terrified, his mind racing, thinking of a solution. His eyes searched the darkness, hoping to find a way across the chasm. "There must be a way!" he muttered to himself, a hint of determination in his voice. "We can't just give up!" His heartbeat raced, and sweat dripped from his forehead.
"Everyone, look around for something we can use to build a bridge!" Lin Yu shouted, his voice echoing in the darkness. "Hurry! Time is running out!" His breathing became rapid, and his hands groped in the darkness.
Everyone began to search frantically in the darkness, and every second seemed so long and torturous.
"There's a plank here!" one of the team members shouted.
"Quick, bring it here!" Lin Yu said anxiously.
However, when they put the board over the crack, they found that it was too short.
"What should I do?" Suna said crying.
"Don't panic! Let's work together to push it over!" Lao Chen shouted.
Everyone worked together to try to push the board through the crack, but the vibrations became increasingly stronger, making their efforts extremely difficult...
