Dawn of Victory
At this critical moment, the black smoke spread rapidly like the tentacles of a demon, but Lin Yu stepped forward without hesitation. His figure was a little blurred in the smoke, but his determined steps did not falter. He ignored the encroaching black smoke, and with every step forward, he could feel the pungent smell and the potential danger trying to invade his body.
"Everyone, hold on! We'll make it through this!" Lin Yu shouted in encouragement. His voice echoed through the smoke, carrying an undeniable resolve and courage. He had only one thought in mind: protecting his teammates and defeating the monsters. "We've been through so much, we can't fall here!" he said to himself, his eyes gleaming with an unyielding glint.
Suna and Lao Chen exchanged a glance, and in that brief moment, they seemed to understand each other's inner thoughts. Their eyes were filled with determination, a tacit understanding and determination that needed no words.
Old Chen took a deep breath and said, "Girl, let's go!"
Suna nodded, "Yeah, let's fight!"
They attacked the monster again, bullets and the flashes of various weapons flashing in the smoke. Each attack was accompanied by their roars and determination.
Enraged by their attacks, the monster released smoke and attacked even more frantically. Its tentacles danced like whips, lashing the surrounding walls and ground, sending gravel and dust flying everywhere.
Lin Yu struggled to drag the fallen teammate, groping forward in the smoke. His breathing became rapid, and his lungs felt as if they were burning, but he did not give up. "I must get you to a safe place." He gritted his teeth and walked step by step.
Finally, he placed the team member in a relatively safe corner. The team member was already unconscious, and Lin Yu felt anxious, but he knew that now was not the time to worry.
After Lin Yu arranged his team, he rejoined the battle. His eyes were bloodshot, but he still keenly observed the monster's every move. He noticed that the monster's power was gradually weakening, its once ferocious attacks becoming sluggish, and the smoke it continuously released seemed less dense than before.
Hope ignited in his heart, and he shouted loudly: "Focus on attacking its wound, that is its weak point!"
Everyone responded, focusing all their firepower on the monster's wound. Bullets rained down on the bloody wound, each strike causing the monster to roar in pain.
"Try harder, it can't hold on any longer!" Lin Yu shouted loudly while shooting.
Suna's arm was already sore from the prolonged shooting, but she still gritted her teeth and kept pulling the trigger. "I won't let you succeed, monster!" Her heart was filled with anger and determination.
Lao Chen's leg was injured, but he remained standing, his weapon in hand never stopping. "Today is your end!" His eyes revealed a courageous attitude of facing death.
The monster roared one last time, a roar that sounded like resentment and anger at its fate. Its body trembled violently, struggling to survive. Its tentacles flared wildly in a final attempt to resist, but its attacks had become disorganized and increasingly powerless.
Finally, with a violent explosion, the monster collapsed. Its massive body slammed heavily onto the ground, sending up a cloud of dust. For a moment, the room fell into a deathly silence, with only the heavy breathing of the crowd echoing in the air.
Everyone collapsed to the ground exhausted, gasping for breath. Their bodies had reached their limit, every cell expressing fatigue and pain.
"We...we did it..." Suna said weakly. Her voice trembled slightly, a mixture of exhaustion and excitement. "I thought we..." Tears streamed down her cheeks, mixing with sweat and dust.
Old Chen gazed at the fallen monster, his eyes filled with relief. "Yes, we defeated this terrifying creature." His voice was hoarse and tired, but filled with pride. "We didn't let it defeat us. We survived." His gaze swept over each of his teammates, his heart filled with emotion.
Lin Yu stood up, his legs a little weak, but he still managed to straighten his spine. Looking at everyone, he said, "But we can't let our guard down. Let's check if there are any other dangers here." His voice was weak but still firm.
Everyone braced themselves and began to carefully search the surroundings, each step seeming to exhaust all their strength.
"Be careful, everyone." Lin Yu reminded.
They moved slowly through the smoke-filled room, their footsteps distinct in the silence. Every corner held hidden dangers, and every breath was filled with tension and anxiety.
“Nothing was found here.”
"It's safe here too."
As reports came one after another, everyone gradually relaxed.
"It seems there is no other danger for the time being." Lin Yu said.
Everyone finally breathed a sigh of relief and slumped down on the ground, enjoying the hard-earned peace...
