The next morning, Guan Wenru got up, ate breakfast quickly, and then rushed to the animal husbandry station to do all the work she could.

Looking down, I saw an old book with its cover carefully wrapped in kraft paper.
The title, written in pen, reads "On the Eve" (by Turgenev).
There was also a small package wrapped in oil paper.
It's dried apricots!
This is Guan Wenru's favorite dried fruit from her previous life in the 1960s and 70s.
Xi Mufan said gently, "I remember you searched for this book, 'The Eve,' for a long time before, and I just happened to find it."
