On the other side, Guan Wenru and the other three quickly arrived at the riverbank.
Che Xiaoni put the horse aside, then took off her shoes and went into the river.
The water was still a bit cold.
The river was shallow and crystal clear. Sure enough, she soon spotted several plump, cold-water fish.
Che Xiaoni was an expert; her eyebrows curved into a smile, and she immediately found a sturdy branch, sharpened it, and used it as a harpoon.

Che Xiaoni also clicked her tongue in amazement, "I didn't know Dr. Xi was so talented! Your fishing skills are so good, you could be a master fisherman here!"
Xi Mufan's cheeks flushed slightly as he threw the fish ashore. "When I was little, I often went to play by the river with my elders. It was just a coincidence."
Guan Wenru was eager to try, "I'll give it a shot too."
She was on her period, so she shouldn't have gone into the water.
