"He Yanzhi! Don't you dare push your luck!"
Han Haoxian roared after taking a punch.
The pain in his abdomen made his face contort in pain.
He Yanzhi remained expressionless.
He gestured for Guan Wenru to stand further away, asking, "Did he hurt you?"
Guan Wenru shook her head. "Thank you, but he hasn't had a chance to do anything yet."
Han Haoxian's abdominal pain had subsided a bit. He stood up straight and glared at He Yanzhi with displeasure. "Is there something wrong with you?"
"That's what I should be asking you. Is there something wrong with you? Why are you bothering my partner?"
Hearing He Yanzhi say the word 'lover' so naturally, Han Haoxian felt inexplicably angry, as if He Yanzhi had stolen something from him.
He gritted his teeth and said sarcastically, "Accepting this result so quickly, He Yanzhi, do you still dare to say that you two didn't hook up a long time ago?"
Guan Wenru narrowed her eyes and sneered, "Why are you so concerned about this? Don't tell me you've fallen in love with me and that's why you care so much about who I'm hooking up with."
Han Haoxian was stunned for a moment, then said, "You're talking nonsense!"
Just then, Zhao Mei also came out, supporting her pregnant belly.
Her thoughtful gaze swept over Han Haoxian and Guan Wenru's faces.
Upon seeing her, Han Haoxian, fearing she might misunderstand, quickly explained, "Xiaomei, don't listen to her nonsense. I have absolutely no feelings for her. Someone like her doesn't deserve my attention at all."

Caught off guard, Han Haoxian fell backward and landed hard on his bottom.
This unexpected incident startled Zhao Mei.
However, she didn't go over to help Han Haoxian, but silently took a few steps back, afraid that He Yanzhi would hurt her.

After stopping, He Yanzhi turned back to Guan Wenru's side, adopting a protective stance, and warned the two people in front of him, "You two had better stay away from my lover."
He Yanzhi thought that Guan Wenru had some feelings for Han Haoxian.
However, Han Haoxian had already been having an affair with Zhao Mei and had even fathered a child with her.
Their actions will definitely make Guan Wenru sad and upset.

Guan Wenru didn't explain. She looked at Han Haoxian and asked, "What did you want to tell me when you pulled me out of the yard?"
Her reminder made Han Haoxian remember the important matter. He frowned and said, "Can't you find another job? The primary and secondary schools here are short of teachers. You can become a teacher. Why do you have to do such dirty and tiring work?"
Guan Wenru rolled her eyes in exasperation. "I can do whatever I want, what's it to you?"
