Chapter 182 To Go or Not to Go
Xu Songning lay on the pillow, half asleep, while Xiang Yun, dressed in pajamas, sat on the edge of the bed and dried her hair.
"Stop blowing, go to sleep, it's dry now," Xu Songning mumbled with his eyes closed.
"It needs to dry for a while longer." Xiang Yun touched her hair; some of the inner layers were still wet.
"Quack".
Xu Songning's phone screen lit up.
"There's news," Xiang Yun reminded her, placing her phone on the pillow.
Xu Songning pressed the fingerprint sensor, tossed the phone back, and said, "Brother Yun, help me see who it is, I'm sleepy."
Xiang Yun held a hairdryer in one hand and scrolled through messages with the other.
The man's WeChat profile picture was a landscape photo that middle-aged people often use, and Xu Songning had saved his contact as "Master".
"Your master sent you a message asking if you're going to his place for an event next week?"
Xu Songning and her mentor Cheng Jianming reconnected after the apology. After the lecture incident, Zhao Yi returned to his department, and many people asked him about Xu Songning. He always said it was probably a misunderstanding, and their relationship remained the same.
It was time for the department to visit her mentor again. She usually didn't go, but today her mentor asked her about it, and the two of them cleared up their misunderstandings. Xu Songning hesitated for a moment, then said to Xiang Yun, "I'll go. Brother Yun, please reply to this message for me."

She leaned against the pillow, maintaining this position without getting tired.
I glanced at the time. Xiang Yun had been asleep for two hours. If he didn't wake up soon, he wouldn't be able to sleep tonight.
"Brother Yun, Brother Yun." Xu Songning gently rubbed his ear with his fingertips.
Xiang Yun replied with a nasal tone, "Hmm?"
"You're awake. I'm going to see Master this afternoon. Will you come with me?" Xu Songning leaned close to his ear and gave him a quick kiss.
Xiang Yun's ears are sensitive. When he was suddenly kissed, his breathing became erratic. He rolled his head around her waist and abdomen, shifted to a more comfortable position, and continued to hold her.
"Is it convenient for me to come along?"

Hearing that it was serious business, Xiang Yun jumped out of bed. He sat on the edge of the bed in thought, when Xu Songning hugged him from behind, unceremoniously touching his abs and blowing into his ear, "Are you going or not? Brother Yun, what's there to think about?"
Xiang Yun grabbed her mischievous hand and pressed it against his abs to stop her from moving. Even if her hand couldn't move, he would still make her fingers twitch a couple of times.
“Your colleague is going this time too, and it would ruin the atmosphere if I went with her. How about we visit her alone next time?” Xiang Yun took her hand and gently bit the knuckle of her middle finger.
Xu Songning's eyes lit up. "Okay, then you have to come pick me up."
"Okay, message me when you're done."
Xiang Yun fell back onto the bed, his eyes almost closing in no time. He was still very sleepy and planned to sleep a little longer.
