Chapter 66 He's fallen for someone else after only a few days.
The two men looked at each other in bewilderment. The bartender didn't seem to be joking; on the contrary, he thought Xiang Yun was bragging. How could a man possibly stay overnight here?
Xiang Yun was pondering his own situation. He had indeed gone directly to the third floor of the bar with Lily that day. There was a row of rooms on the third floor. If male guests weren't allowed to stay overnight, then Lily must have had some authority to bring him up to the third floor. The bartender chuckled. "No other customers are allowed on the third floor. Anyone who can go up there must be someone very important, probably looking for our boss. Are you still going to drink?"
"Another cup, please." Xiang Yun casually rubbed the inside of the cup. Important people can go up to the third floor, which ordinary customers cannot. Xu Songning also meets this condition. As the boss's friend, if she wanted to bring a man up, probably no one would dare to stop her.

Xiang Yun snatched the wine back without ceremony. "Bu Fei, you seem to have nothing better to do. What brings you here? Are you done?"
Gu Xing sighed, "It's over whether we want to or not. One of them left in a huff."
Thinking of this, he burst into laughter and told Xiang Yun the whole story, embellishing and fabricating details about his daily life with his partner. Xiang Yun didn't know what role his relationship with his partner played in this whole affair, but judging from his overflowing desire to share, it seemed impossible to stop him.
So, one listened quietly, while the other recounted sweet details about her relationship, starting with anecdotes from the bar.
After venting his desire to share, Gu Xing patted him on the shoulder and said, "So, bro, what are you here for? You said you were going to relieve yourself, but you ended up at the bar drinking. I didn't see you have a drink just now."
He leaned close to his ear and asked flippantly, "What's wrong? Got someone you like? Weren't you interested in your Sister Xu? You've already fallen for someone else after just a few days? Sure enough, men change their minds so quickly."
Xiang Yun raised his hand and elbowed him, "You're putting on too much of a show. Stop acting, nobody's watching."
"Give me a drink too."
Gu Xing took a mild elbow to the head, but he didn't intend to leave. He put his hands on the bar counter and tapped the tiles in front of him.
The bartender, his hands still busy, casually asked, "What would you like to drink?"

"You two have the same taste, huh?" the bartender chuckled. They were both good-looking, but each one was weirder than the other, drinking whatever they wanted. So he decided to mix a strong drink for him to try the "whatever" flavor.
A glass of "Blazing Flame" was pushed in front of Gu Xing. The bartender gave him a look and said, "Drink it, but don't crawl out of here."
"Who do you think you are?" Gu Xing snorted, took a sip, and the strong taste of alcohol mixed with the bursting of bubbles rolled from the tip of his tongue to the back of his tongue, where a bitter taste immediately rose, stimulating and spicy.
"Wow, Xiang Yun, did you offend him? Is this wine even fit for human consumption?" Gu Xing gasped, his eyes narrowing, wishing he could rinse his mouth with water.
"Maybe you're just asking for it." Xiang Yun lowered his head and drank his sake. He only wanted sake, which wasn't strong but had a fruity aroma and a sweet aftertaste.
"What did I do that deserves a beating? Hey, you still haven't said what you're doing here, bro." Gu Xing put his hand on his shoulder and used the momentum to apply some force.
Xiang Yun shrugged, but couldn't push the man away, so he could only let him go. "I'm here to find out some information."
"Oh? What did you find out?" Gu Xing covered his mouth with his hand, as if afraid someone would hear.
The area around them was noisy, and even normal conversation was unlikely to be heard by anyone. A few people were scattered around the bar, and some of them kept staring in their direction, seemingly gathering their emotions, ready to approach and flirt at any moment.
The bartender, too lazy to deal with these two oddballs who were so casual about everything, went to the other end to prepare the ingredients.
Xiang Yun swirled his wine glass, his expression indifferent. "The rooms here are only for female guests."
"Oh~ So only female guests can bring their own people up?" Gu Xing smiled ambiguously.
