After confirming the list of multinational groups that could probably set up their Chinese branches in Tianqu, Yang Jing didn't have to worry about the rest of the work. Among them, the task undertaken by Huaxia Architecture Institute is to design the overall layout of the entire International City. After all, Huaxia's own architectural design companies have unique conditions in this regard. Those foreign architectural design firms have to conduct various detailed investigations on the area of more than ten square kilometers where the International City is located if they want to undertake this task. However, Huaxia Architecture Design Institute does not have these troubles. They have a lot of local geological data in Tianqu.
Besides, as for the overall layout of the International City, Yang Jing still prefers the Chinese style.
As for those foreign architectural design firms, they design high-rise and super-high-rise buildings in the international city.
Those multinational giants who agreed to set up their Chinese branches in Tianqu or relocate their Chinese branches to Tianqu did not all want Yang Jing to fund the construction of office buildings for them. Since they realized that setting up their Chinese branches in the city of Tianqu would allow them to make friends with newly emerging capital forces such as KY Investment Fund, Atlantic Capital, Acate Bank Group, Pacific Capital, Feiyang International, and Meifang Group, many wealthy multinational giants generously said that they would fund the construction of their own branch office buildings.

Adding the Chinese branches of other multinational corporations, Yang Jing estimated that within the Hua Xia International City, at least thirty super-high-rise buildings over 150 meters would be needed.
