The first year of You should be 904 AD, which was the last year of Emperor Zhaozong Li Ye. As for the third year of Cheng, it refers to the year of Li Cunxu, the founding emperor of the Later Tang Dynasty, which should be 910 AD. The fourth year of Tongguang was the last year of Li Cunxu, and it was also the last year of his reign.
Yang Jing understood the meaning of this sentence very well. In fact, it was Yuechengzi himself who told the story that he left Shangqing Temple on Mount Wangwu in 904 AD and began to travel. Then he discovered this cave here in 911 AD. He was deeply moved by the turmoil and chaos in the outside world, so he built Yuecheng Temple and lived in seclusion here. Then he met Li Congke in 926 AD.
Because it involved the imperial seal, Yang Jing was not idle while waiting for the diving equipment in Luoyang. Instead, he carefully read the history of that period, so he was very familiar with the history of this period.
During that period, the Tang Dynasty lost, many heroes emerged, the country collapsed, and the entire Chinese gambling world became a mess.
Li Congke was the adopted son of Li Siyuan, the second emperor of the Later Tang Dynasty. In 925 AD, Li Siyuan was ordered to go north to resist the Khitan. Because his home was in Taiyuan, Li Siyuan submitted a petition requesting to be appointed as the commander of the inner court of Yanjing. Zhuangzong was unhappy and appointed Li Congke as the commander of the Tuqidu instead, stationed in Shimen.
The next year, the Weizhou army rebelled and Li Siyuan rushed to Luoyang. At that time, Li Congke led his subordinates in Hengshui from Quyang and Yuxian to Changshan, where they met up with Wang Cheng. They traveled day and night, crossed the Yellow River and marched southward. As a result, Li Siyuan's army became more powerful.
Li Congke's experience coincides with that of Yuechengzi. It is estimated that Li Congke, who was the commander of the Tuqi at the time, encountered Yuechengzi when he went south across the Yellow River in 926.
In the same year, Li Siyuan ascended the throne and became the second emperor of the Later Tang Dynasty. He even appointed Li Congke as the governor of Hezhong. Yuechengzi's Yuecheng Temple happened to be under the jurisdiction of Li Congke. In other words, Yuechengzi knew Li Congke eight years before Li Congke became the last emperor of the Later Tang Dynasty.
In this way, Yang Jing finally figured out the relationship between Yue Chengzi and Li Congke.
"......In the first year of Qingtai, I was invited by the Emperor to serve as the official of the Central Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs in Luojing. In the third year of Qingtai, the traitor Shi Jingtang started a rebellion, and Luojing was in danger. In the time of crisis, the Emperor summoned me to see him and asked for advice on how to withdraw the troops. But I am just a Taoist, how can I suppress the situation? Later, the Emperor became increasingly anxious. In the intercalary eleventh month, Shi Jingtang's troops approached the city of Luojing. The Emperor wanted to end his life, but his persuasion was in vain.
When the Emperor, accompanied by the Imperial Seal, the Empress Dowager, the Empress, and the Crown Prince, ascended the Xuanwu Tower, he gave poisoned wine to all the ministers. Fortunately, I had practiced medicine for many years and was prepared, so I did not die immediately after drinking the poisoned wine. I could only watch as the Emperor set himself on fire.
After the fire was extinguished, I took the imperial seal from the fire scene, quietly left the palace, and returned to the Taoist temple. However, the poison in the poisoned wine was so strong that the remaining poison had not yet been cleared. I knew that my life would not last long, so I built a mechanism outside the cave to seal it off.
The inner cave contains the imperial seal and the gifts bestowed by our emperor over the years. It is blocked by a stone door outside and protected by traps inside. I have erected this monument with the inscription of extermination. If my descendants want to enter the inner cave, they must first inherit my teachings before they can know how to enter the cave. If you force your way into the inner cave, you will be buried here!
When you see three, go left one, when you see six, go left two, when you see nine, go forward one, pass the trap. Five steps, one crouch, nine steps, one jump, one squat, thirteen steps, two feet to the right, do it in one go, pass the flying caries, four presses to the left, eight lifts to the right, twelve steps forward, three stomps, pass the rolling stone. Four in front, one in back, two in front, three in front, one in back, three in right, five in front, one in front, seven in front, pass the row of arrows. Gan pushes Zhen, Gen rotates right, Kan turns left, you can open the dragon stone. ”
The stone tablet ends here, but Yang Jing still found it thrilling.
