However, Jinran had a gut feeling, like a little animal, that the male lead was about to turn evil.
They must have made some kind of deal in private, otherwise Uncle and Shen Qing wouldn't be looking at Meng Fan like that.
It wasn't until Shen Qing and Meng Fan went out and returned that Jin Ran saw Shen Qing take out a thick stack of money, and only then did she realize that the money was taken by Meng Fan.
