Chapter 40 Heading for Supplies (1)
When they got up at dawn, Antonio was already full of energy and able to move freely. Lu Weiyi went downstairs and saw him talking to Li Zhuang who was leaning against the door. Dean, who was alert, called out in a friendly manner when he saw them, "Lu, breakfast...prepare it." He stretched out his finger to indicate him and Antonio, "Together."
Dean started speaking Chinese. It seemed that the previous incident had alerted him.
Lu Weiyi nodded and glanced at the breakfast he was talking about.
There were three cups of milk, two servings of oatmeal made with yogurt on the dining table, slices of bread neatly arranged on a plate, a few pieces of ham cut into pieces and thoughtfully made into the shape of octopus legs, except that they were not grilled sausages and the legs were not turned over, and the braised chicken legs cut into slices and arranged in a pattern with the braised eggs.

"Well. I'm going to look for supplies today. Do you want to come with me, kids?" He glanced at the bags of food that Lu Weiyi had brought back yesterday. One of the snakeskin bags was already empty.
Dean explained in a low voice, somewhat embarrassed, "David hasn't eaten for a few days..."
Lu Weiyi nodded. The newly awakened supernatural power was not stable yet, so a large amount of food was needed to replenish it. This was not surprising to Lu Weiyi.
"I'll go with you to find food, and the two of them will stay here," Antonio said, and then explained it again to Dean in English.
"I can go with you guys," Dean said anxiously, not wanting to be separated from Antonio but knowing that they had to find food.
Antonio leaned over and kissed his forehead, then asked, "You have a fever, be obedient. Is it safe here?"
"The zombies nearby have been cleared out, no one will come," Li Zhuang replied, looking at Lu Weiyi, "You're not going?"
Before Lu Weiyi answered, Antonio took the lead to explain to him, "You saved Dean and saved my life. From now on, you and Dean just stay here, I will solve the food problem." Although Antonio knew that Lu Weiyi had gone out to find food alone once, he thought he had no choice, especially since he was only carrying a backpack at the time, and he looked thin and small, which made him look particularly pitiful. Antonio automatically assumed that he was a poor little guy with no one to rely on.

Antonio held Dean in his arms and said gently, "Dean, be good, I will come back safely. I swear, take the medicine and sleep well, don't let me worry."

"You forgot this." Antonio stretched out his hand, and the fork on the table flew over and circled around Antonio. Whether it was self-defense or attack, it only took a moment.
