123. Extra Chapter: The Second Taoist Companion Ceremony (Part 1)

Everything is ready for Fu Changling and Qin Yan's wedding, except for the east wind.

Qin Yan looked at Siming Xingjun's expectant eyes and nodded without any pretense, saying, "Let him decide."

"Go away," Fu Changling said as Qin Yan spoke. He immediately stepped forward, raised his hand and pushed Siming Xingjun away. He took the date Siming Xingjun presented, glanced at it for a few seconds, and then tossed it back to him. He simply said, "You must be careful with your wedding. I have already chosen the date."

As Fu Changling spoke, he pinched his fingers together, and a red invitation appeared at his fingertips. He held the invitation and placed it in the hands of the Star Lord Siming, smiling and saying, "Remember to come on the eighth day of next month."

After Fu Changling finished speaking, everyone had an extra note in their hands. Yun Yu hurried forward and asked cautiously, "Brother, do you agree?"

Qin Yan turned his head, his expression unchanged but with a hint of smile in his eyes, and nodded.

Qin Yan has been practicing Taoism for three thousand years and looks much gentler. With the whisk in his hand, no one can tell that he was once a Rakshasa-like swordsman.

Everyone greeted each other lively for a while, and Fu Changling invited his old acquaintances to come in. After everyone had dinner, Fu Changling asked Yun Yu, Xie Yuqing, and Shangguan Mingyan to sit together and drink. They chatted casually and talked about their own experiences.

What is talked about most is the difference between the fairy world and Yunze.

"It's so boring." Yun Yu sighed, "Every day is just like retirement. It's not as interesting as being in the world of cultivation."

The others agreed, and the group chatted and laughed. After dinner, Qin Yan and Fu Changling saw them off. When only the two of them were left, Fu Changling called Qin Yan back, and the two sat down together. Fu Changling held up the wine glass and looked up at Qin Yan: "Brother, do you want to drink more?"

"I'll accompany you."

Qin Yan said this, raising his glass.

The two sat on their respective sides. Fu Changling had drunk a lot of wine and was much bolder. He pursed his lips and looked up at him: "Brother, you... is there someone you haven't asked?"

When Qin Yan heard this, he paused what he was doing. After a moment's pause, he said calmly, "I'll find time to visit. If you want to talk, you can talk. If you don't want to talk, that's fine too."

"What is there that I don't want to say?" Fu Changling laughed, "If Senior Brother wants to know, I will naturally not hide it."

Qin Yan nodded, as if he understood: "Well, then tell me."

Fu Changling's smile froze, but he took a deep breath, straightened up, and said generously, "Master is in Nanshan, and he's also a well-known figure in the immortal world. We haven't had much contact since we ascended. I just heard that you ascended, so I came to see you."

Qin Yan responded, drank the last sip of wine, and said calmly: "Go to sleep."

Fu Changling's Taoist palace was built according to the layout of Lanyue Palace. Qin Yan found his sleeping place without asking him.

He didn't tell Fu Changling how to sleep, so Fu Changling sat by himself at the small table, watching Qin Yan take a bath and wash up, and then go to bed.

Qin Yanan fell asleep peacefully, but he felt a little conflicted.

How to sleep?

After waiting for so many years, the person finally came back, and of course he wanted to sleep with Qin Yan.

It's not that they haven't had physical intimacy before. He's a normal man. After hundreds and thousands of years of waiting, he finally has her back. Of course, he can't wait to hold her in his arms and toss her around until he can't do anything more.

But after all, so many years have passed, and he couldn't figure out Qin Yan's attitude.

He never knew what Qin Yan thought about this matter, whether he liked it or not, and he didn't dare to act rashly.

He was even not sure whether Qin Yan was willing to sleep in the same bed with him.

He took a few more sips of wine at the small table, looked back, and saw that Qin Yan had fallen asleep.

Fu Changling sighed, got up and took a shower, hoping to calm down.

When he finally arrived at the bathhouse, the first thing he saw was the clothes Qin Yan had changed into. A picture suddenly appeared in his mind. He took a deep breath, turned out, changed to another bathhouse to rinse, and after calming down a little, he returned.

Returning to the room, he found it filled with the sound of calm breathing. Fu Changling originally wanted to sleep next door, but after hearing Qin Yan's breathing, he couldn't help it and ran to the bed, looking at Qin Yan quietly.

Looking at Qin Yan's sleeping face, he couldn't help laughing. He sat on the floor beside the bed and lay on the bed looking at Qin Yan. No matter how he looked at him, he felt that the person in front of him was very handsome.

Fu Changling watched like this all night, and only fell asleep leaning against the bed at dawn.

When Qin Yan opened his eyes, he noticed Fu Changling lying beside him, watching over him as he slept. He hesitated for a moment and was about to say something when he saw Fu Changling open his hazy eyes and smile brightly, "Good morning, Senior Brother."

Qin Yan nodded, stood up, and said, "Sleep on the bed from now on."

Fu Changling was stunned for a moment after hearing this, and then he was overjoyed. However, he didn't dare to show his emotions too much, for fear that Qin Yan would notice and revoke this privilege immediately.

He had been following behind Qin Yan. Wherever Qin Yan went, he followed. When Qin Yan finished packing, he looked at Fu Changling and said, "I plan to go see Master. Do you want to go?"

Fu Changling's smile froze. After a moment, he pretended to be generous: "Of course I have to go to see him. Why can't I go? Let's go." Fu Changling naturally pulled Qin Yan, "I'll take you there."

Fu Changling took Qin Yan and headed straight for Nanshan. He did not use any special magic, but took Qin Yan slowly and leisurely, riding on the clouds all the way, while introducing the various scenery of the fairyland, while walking and stopping to eat and drink.

So the journey to Nanshan was dragged out to two days. On the morning of the third day, Qin Yan calmly said, "Don't delay." Fu Changling sighed, raised his hand and cast a teleportation formation, and took Qin Yan to the foot of Tongzhen Taoist Palace in Nanshan.

As the two of them walked together, a white crane descended from the sky, then transformed into a human form and stopped in front of them.

"Emperor, True Lord," the crane-like youth bowed to the two and said respectfully, "My Dao Lord said that we can only see Qin Dao Lord. The Emperor is annoying, so there's no need to see him."

"he……"

Fu Changling was a little indignant. Just as he was about to speak, Qin Yan glanced at him coldly. Fu Changling's words were stuck in his mouth. He forced a smile and said, "Master is really far-sighted. I can't climb anymore. I'll wait for you at the foot of the mountain. Brother," Fu Changling looked at Qin Yan and smiled gently, "Go early and come back early."

Qin Yan seemed not to see his gaze. He walked up the stairs and was led into the Taoist palace by the crane-like boy.

As soon as the two left, Fu Changling snorted coldly.

"Stop me?"

Fu Changling raised his hand and stuck a piece of talisman paper on his body, then disappeared on the spot.

When Fu Changling appeared again, he had turned into a calico wild cat, squatting in the grass outside Jiang Yebai's room.

At this time, Qin Yan had just entered the room. He bowed towards Jiang Yebai and said, "Disciple greets Master."

Jiang Yebai listened to Qin Yan's words and turned to look at him.

He stared at Qin Yan for a long time, his amber eyes devoid of any emotion. Qin Yan didn't move, and just let him stare. After a long silence, Jiang Yebai said hoarsely, "Have you been well these years?"

"Okay," Qin Yan said respectfully, as if he hadn't existed for three thousand years. "Thank you for your concern, Master."

"I know you're doing well," Jiang Yebai nodded and lowered his eyes, "but I don't know if you..."

Jiang Yebai hesitated for a long time before asking, "Do you hate me?"

"Master has his own difficulties," Qin Yan answered calmly, "I have no hatred. In my heart," Qin Yan raised his eyes and looked at Jiang Yebai seriously, "once a teacher, always a teacher. Master teaches you good and evil, and you yourself are not incapable of distinguishing between good and evil, but you have no choice."

Jiang Yebai didn't say anything, he just stared at Qin Yan.

After a long moment, he lowered his head and laughed out loud: "When I thought you would leave me, I was very scared. Now that I know you really want to leave me, I just want you to live a good life."

As he spoke, Jiang Yebai raised his hand and pointed to the seat opposite him: "Sit down, let's have a drink together, master and disciple."

Qin Yan responded and walked over to sit across from Jiang Yebai. The two of them drank from their jars of wine for a while. Jiang Yebai rarely showed such patience with others, and he was very talkative. The master and disciple talked about their respective years. At the end, Jiang Yebai was so happy that he fell asleep on the table. Qin Yan saw that he was asleep, so he ordered someone to change his blanket. Then he stood up and was about to leave when he heard Jiang Yebai suddenly say, "I'm sorry."

Qin Yan paused, Jiang Yebai and he turned their backs to each other, and neither of them looked back.

"Your Taoist Companion Ceremony," Jiang Yebai said hoarsely, "I'll preside over it for you, okay?"

"Master promised." Qin Yan smiled, "How can you go back on your word?"

Qin Yan's smile was very beautiful, like sunlight shining on the morning dew, crystal clear and beautiful.

Fu Changling, who was hiding in the haystack, was stunned for a moment. It was at this moment that he was noticed by Qin Yan. Qin Yan turned his head and looked at the calico cat in the haystack for a long time, then walked straight towards him. While Fu Changling let out a short surprised "meow", Qin Yan had already grabbed him by the back of the neck, lifted him up, and then held him in his arms and went down the mountain.

Fu Changling nestled in Qin Yan's arms, feeling that he had gotten a huge advantage. He didn't want to be a human being at all, he just wanted to be a cat.

He lay lazily in Qin Yan's arms. Qin Yan did not ask where Fu Changling had gone. He carried the calico wild cat and went straight back to Fu Changling's Taoist palace.

After returning to the Taoist Palace, Qin Yan placed the cat on the bedside and then fell asleep.

Fu Changling pretended to be a cat, lying carefully beside Qin Yan and looking at him.

Fu Changling watched until midnight, and when he saw that Qin Yan was completely asleep, he transformed into a human form and held Qin Yan in his arms.

Qin Yan was held in his arms, and seemed to be completely asleep, with a slight smile on his face.
