Chapter 105: Helping the Injustice

Chapter 105: Helping the Injustice

When the Shendong Realm was first created, the three original spirits worked together.

Light, with His wisdom and foresight, created a perfect blueprint, from which the concept of all things emerged.

The djinn used his dexterous and powerful hands to turn designs into reality, creating the original material world.

Shadow carves the world with his own imagination and paints it with colors. Thus, the world is no longer monotonous, and everything has its own characteristics and individuality.

The three primordial spirits worked together, and the original world was created. They celebrated this great work for a while, and the giant lifted the world up, preparing to release it. Suddenly, Shadow wanted to play a prank. He stretched out his leg and tripped the giant, causing him to fall hard. The beautiful and exquisite world suddenly slipped out of his hands and shattered into many pieces of various sizes.

But the giant's body was too big, and when it fell, it crushed Shadow under its belly. Shadow screamed and cried out desperately, and it took a lot of effort for the giant to turn over and pull Shadow out. This unfortunate accident flattened Shadow, and from then on, everyone's shadow was flat.

As the shadow was flattened, its breath swirled around the fragments of the world, forming a dark stream. This stream was called "Yin Xi," and much later, it became a boundless ocean. The fragments, large and small, engulfed within the ocean became the dust islands we inhabit.

You might wonder how the world could have been born from a ridiculous prank. But it's absolutely true, for when the giant fell, the light was watching. He himself wrote this story into a song.

"...So the dust islands in the Shendong Realm vary in size, because they were broken so unevenly back then. The largest dust island, Senluo Secret Realm, is almost half the size of the original world, while those in the corners or those that have been destroyed and reborn countless times are incredibly small." Finder pointed out the window, "This is a particularly unsightly one, pitifully small."

"How big is it?" Ji Huaisu lay in front of the porthole with anticipation.

"About half of the courtyard." Chu Hengkong said.

"No way, it's considered a dust island when it's this small?!"

On the horizon stood a guiding beacon, resembling a jade pillar. Amidst the surging waves, a small, pristine white harbor city slowly emerged. Leaving their homeland for the first time, the trio arrived at their destination amid the chief inspector's shouts and calls.

Jinye City covers approximately 500 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 700,000. Although it's an independent island, it's still a city. Many years ago, a war that engulfed the entire world of Shendong burned the island to ashes. After the war, a visiting magician placed a small metal block, known as the Standard Small Urban Template, to test their newly developed modular construction technology.

This small metal block absorbed the chaotic energy dissipated after the war, transforming it into power to construct the magical puppets, allowing the new Golden Leaf City to rise from the ground. Like most port cities, the fate of this town rises and falls with the tide. During the heyday of Huilong City, Golden Leaf City prospered due to port trade. However, the closure of the waterway for twenty years saw the city rapidly decline. Now, three months after the waterway opened, merchants and vagrants from all over the world have flocked to it, and the city is thriving again.

"On the surface, the most powerful person in this city is the scholar Jin Ye, the bitter staff who built the city." Chu Hengkong walked and flipped through the information. "In reality, outsiders have been coming since the waterway was opened. Those who dare to board the ship alone are at least particle level 2. Jin Ye is just a nominal mayor."

The town's modern architecture reminded me of a first-tier city in my hometown from the early 20th century. Chu Hengkong, with his tentacles and a spear strapped to his back, strolled down the street like a medieval cult mercenary who'd stumbled onto the wrong set. Even though this place was drastically tacky compared to the magical Huilong City, Ji Huaisu still looked around, his excitement barely contained. "Wow, this place looks perfect for retirement... Is our Shi... friend here?"

"Theoretically, yes. The more likely scenario is that it's been used as a teething stick or a pickle stone by something," said Vander in his pocket. "As for trees, it's not surprising that they've gotten into such a disgraceful state... Hey!"

Chu Hengkong suddenly stopped and it almost fell out of his pocket: "How do you drive?!"

"The road is uneven." Chu Hengkong lowered his head. "There are rocks."

There really was a large stone, its surface smooth and shiny, its color as white as eggshell. As if it had inherited the true power of the shadow spirit, the stone had appeared at their feet without anyone noticing. Ji Huaisu felt he would have stumbled like the giant spirit. But Chu Hengkong reacted quickly, dodging just in time. He gazed at the stone with interest, his tentacles wrapping around the gun behind him.

“Oh…oh…oh…”

An indistinct grumbling sound emanated from the ground. The white stone trembled slightly before their gaze, then rose straight up. The two men shifted their gaze from looking down to looking level, then back up. The stone grew larger and wider, its massive mass dislodging the brickwork and casting a shadow that completely enveloped them.

It was a round, smooth, pure white... egg-shaped boulder that was four meters tall!

"What kind of monster dares to cause trouble here!" Fan De was shocked.

“Oh…oh oh oh…oh~oh, oh…”

The stone… the stone egg… the giant egg seemed to be trying to express something, but it failed. It swung back and forth twice, bits of debris falling from its surface, and crooked words were carved into it.

[Silver hand...spear...black hair...you must be...!]

Chu Hengkong stood with his hands behind his back, ready to take the first step towards becoming famous in another world. The dome shook vigorously twice and wrote:

【You must be Zilong! 】

"What's with Guan Zilong? Am I any bit like Zilong? Don't just say it's Zilong when you see a silver spear!"

Then, Inspector Chu had a grand opening. The dome was also excited, and quickly wrote: [Zilong, have you forgotten? I am Lu Bu!]

"You are a ghost Lu Bu, you are an egg..." Chu Hengkong felt deeply devastated.

Lu Budan jumped up and down: [Zilong has always been a kind and righteous person. Now that an old acquaintance of mine is in trouble, I hope you can save me!]

"What reason does Zilong have to help Lu Bu?!"

Lü Budan was horrified: "Zilong, have you forgotten the friendship we shared? We are the Knights of the Dongfang Sect, who went to Chang'an together to pursue the Holy Grail!"

"Hiss... My head hurts..." Chu Hengkong covered his head with one hand, "What sins did I commit in my past life to deserve this kind of mental attack..."

Ji Huaisu was equally surprised: "The aura of this egg can actually be compared to that of Fan De!"

"How can I compete with this thing? I might as well just admit defeat!"

Compared to this newly emerged nerve, both Zilong and Lu Bu were temporarily forced to step back. From the few words he spoke during his initial appearance, it could be inferred that this person… this egg’s weak intelligence field was no less powerful than Fan De’s. He was probably a master of reducing intelligence, capable of confronting the Eye Demon Clan head-on with an idiot. He was a ruthless character, a moron so ruthless that even Chu Hengkong couldn’t help but give him some respect!

But Jinye City still has 700,000 people, so he's definitely not the only victim of this egg's torture. Within just two sentences, smoke and dust billowed from the other side of the avenue. A group of hooded and eye-patch-wearing thugs, followed by a shirtless, burly man, came running. The man was also a ruthless person, and before he spoke, he quickly drew his thick-backed broadsword: "Stop, you bastard! Don't run anymore!"

The bastard hid behind Chu Hengkong, trembling.

Ji Huaisu patted his partner's shoulder sympathetically and stepped forward. "Excuse me, what are you looking for this egg for?"

As Ji Huaisu spoke, she tilted her head back slightly, the tip of the knife passing close to her nose. The burly man's eyes were fierce, filled with greed: "If you know what's good for you, get out of here and stay away from my prey!"

The gang also laughed maliciously, their eyes not quite clear. Chu Hengkong tilted his head slightly, and Fander whispered, "Do pirates know? They are foolish barbarians who left Dust Island by chance and plundered everywhere."

"I've dealt with them before." Chu Hengkong nodded. "They're a bit dumber than the ones in my hometown."

At this moment, everyone's eyes were focused on Fander, who was looking out of the window, as if he had seen some rare treasure. The strong man leader was surprised and grabbed it without saying anything: "This is rare, give it to me--"

Chu Hengkong raised a finger and tapped his wrist. The burly man paused, then withdrew his hand. He seemed about to say something, then took a step back. Suddenly, a burst of blood erupted from his chest, and six ribs burst out of his body, attacking from both sides like two bony claws!

The bone claws appeared, unleashing a gust of chilling wind. Skulls were carved into the pale bones. This pirate leader was surprisingly strong-willed. These rib claws, capable of damaging the body, were his ultimate weapon for dominance. The bone claws pierced Chu Hengkong's eyes, and the pirate leader rejoiced.

As he arrived, he sensed the man's abundant energy and blood. This tiny Golden Leaf City had never seen such a skilled fighter before. He must have heard about the news and come for the tree seeds. He was new here and didn't know the secrets of the place, so he certainly wouldn't go all out at the start of the fight. This was the perfect opportunity to feed him.

In this city's battles, the faster and more ruthless the attack, the more advantageous it is. This time, he launched a surprise attack with all his strength, intending to strike first and kill a competitor first!

The pirate's calculations were shrewd, but the man suddenly vanished from his sight. His vision suddenly rose, reaching the level of the dome. He heard a heavy rumble, followed by the sound of people exclaiming in surprise, their clothes fluttering in the air, and all his men were behind him...

Chu Heng took a step forward and sent everyone flying into the air with just one step!

He raised his left arm, its tentacles serpent-like, wrapping around the shaft of his spear. The bandit leader and the pirates, a total of twenty-eight, he fired a single shot. The spear tip pierced the bandit leader's heart, and the pure white spear light, piercing his flesh, split into twenty-seven strands of soft energy that fell down, knocking all the remaining pirates unconscious to the ground!

He retracted his arm, spun his gun, and tapped the handle lightly on the ground. The tip of the gun was pure white, without a single drop of blood. Ji Huaisu smacked his lips, thinking that the martial arts practice of breaking through the body with willpower was truly impressive. Then, as expected, he heard the terrified screams of the surrounding citizens.

She turned around and saw the dome shaking with excitement like a star-chaser, writing a line of huge words:

【Zilong is so brave! 】

"Say that again, Zilong, and I'll stab you."

【Why? QAQ】
