Su Xi didn't care about being misunderstood by Feng Jinchen; she was pregnant and couldn't fall into the water. Without much thought, she shook off Wu Yaoyao.

Just then, a strong arm lifted her up from under her armpit and gently pulled her into an embrace.
The familiar scent of sandalwood filled her nostrils, and Su Xi turned around in disbelief, only to see Feng Jue's cold and incomparable face.
Even through the fabric, she could clearly feel the intense heat emanating from Feng Jue's chest, and she could even hear his strong, powerful heartbeat.
Su Xi's heart also began to beat faster involuntarily.
