☆731.Chapter 731 Su Miao Extra 3

Chapter 731 Su Miao Extra 3

It was December, a cold month, and the water was piercingly cold. Su Miao had been left cold in the toilet all night and developed a high fever. Even cold water couldn't wake her up. Finally, the prison guard came and sent her to the infirmary for a simple examination.

All ten fingers were damaged, and the little finger on the right hand was completely smashed off. In order to allow the wound to heal, the broken bones and flesh had to be amputated.

Beatings have happened in prisons, but this was definitely the first time it was so serious. In addition to her hands, there were also multiple wounds on her body, and her lower body was bleeding. After examination, it was discovered that she had a miscarriage.

Su Miao stayed in the infirmary for three days before being taken back by the prison guards. She was moved to another room, but she was beaten no matter how she was moved. The reason for the beatings was undoubtedly because people outside had reminded her to "take care" of her.

Two years later, in Haicheng Women's Prison, Su Miao was curled up in a quilt wearing winter clothes, and the bed creaked because of her slight trembling.

The female prisoner sleeping on the upper bunk couldn't stand it, so she got out of bed, grabbed Su Miao's hair and slammed her head against the wall.

"Shake your mother, are you going to let me sleep?"

Su Miao let out a slight groan of pain and clenched his teeth.

The female prisoner wanted to continue beating, but she met Su Miao's eyes.

What kind of eyes were those? Empty and dark, without a trace of light, like a puppet, they were a bit scary to look at.

Her forehead was red and painful, but she had gotten used to it over the years.

Su Miao glanced at her indifferently and continued to lie back on the bed.

Winter is the most difficult time of the year. It was around this time two years ago when she was imprisoned and then surrounded and beaten. She broke her fingers, and her future and pride were also gone.

Su Miao didn't used to be afraid of the cold, but she had been beaten constantly in the past two years and her bones had been broken. Because she hadn't rested well, her bones hurt badly when the weather got cold, and she couldn't control the trembling of her body.

Su Miao closed his eyes and curled up in the hard quilt.

Su Miao fell asleep in a daze and was woken up by the cold. She couldn't sleep today. She was counting the time every day.

If my calculations are correct, she will be released from prison tomorrow after tonight.

In winter, the sun rises very late. I got up at seven o'clock. The prison guard came to open the door with the key: "3073, today is the day you are released from prison. Pack yourself well." After saying that, the prison guard put a bag he brought on the ground.

Su Miao opened the bag, which contained the clothes she wore before going to prison. Her lifeless eyes finally had a little light.

Su Miao twitched the corners of her mouth. She clearly wanted to laugh, but tears fell first. She reached out to wipe her tears and took out her inner clothes and put them on.

Black down jacket, warm sweater and thermal pants.

Clothes that once fit me well are now twice as large and have a faint musty smell.

The prison guard escorted Su Miao out. When they reached the door, he stopped and gently patted her shoulder: "Su Miao, keep walking forward and don't look back. Be a good person when you get out, and don't commit crimes again."

When Su Miao suddenly heard the word "Su Miao", she was stunned. She hadn't heard her name for a long time. Since she entered the prison and got the prisoner number, it has always been 3073, a string of cold numbers.

The cold iron door slowly opened with a "creak". The sun was shining brightly today. As the iron door opened, the sun rose and shone on Su Miao's pale face.

Su Miao took a deep breath and looked up at a bird flying in the sky. She was finally free.

Spring will come after winter passes, and the dark sky will not stay dark forever, the sun will rise one day.

This was what Su Miao had always insisted on, and she walked out of the prison.

Su Miao walked very slowly. She had been beaten and starved for a long time, and had not had enough rest, which made her physically weak. She was panting and sweating after walking a few steps.

She had a limp. A few months ago, someone pushed her down from a building and broke her leg. Because she didn't receive timely treatment, she became disabled.

She could only walk slowly. If she walked too fast, the broken part would feel like being pricked by needles. It was okay in the summer, but in the winter she could hardly move.

Su Miao walked for a while and finally stopped under a tree. She looked around and thought that two years was not a long time. Her city should not have changed much, and when she came out, everything would be the same as before.

But the floors are taller, there are new buses, and various shared cars are parked on the roadside.

Su Miao's lips curled up in mockery, and she remembered what Song Hansheng said to her two years ago.

"Su Miao, two years will pass quickly. I'll wait for you to come out."

At first she thought it would be quick, but every day in prison felt like a year. For others, it might be just over 700 days, but for her, it was a lifetime.

She is almost 29 years old this year, which is considered the golden age for women. If she had not been imprisoned, she might have had a successful career, or she might have gotten married and had children.

Now, where can a labor camp prisoner go?

Su Miao looked at the unfamiliar environment. She didn't know where she could be accommodated. Two years in prison had made her lose touch with the world.

Suddenly a car drove towards her. Su Miao squinted her eyes to look over. Her eyesight was severely impaired. She could not see clearly within a distance of ten or twenty meters. She had to squint to see the general outline.

The car stopped not far from her and a familiar silhouette walked out of it.

It was a man. Su Miao subconsciously stepped back, feeling nervous, until the man spoke: "Su Miao."

Hearing the familiar voice, Su Miao breathed a sigh of relief. She thought no one knew she was released from prison today, but it turned out that someone still remembered her.

The person who got off the car was Qin Mo, an old friend whom she hadn't seen for two years. Qin Mo stood in front of her, his figure was very tall, blocking the cold wind blowing in his face. He was wearing a black cashmere coat and his figure was as thin as a bamboo.

When she was released from prison, she saw that the only person who hadn't changed was Qin Mo.

"You've lost weight." Qin Mo spoke in a hoarse voice.

Su Miao laughed: "It's a transformation in there, not a vacation, how can I not lose weight?"

"How did you know I was released from prison today?" Su Miao asked again.

"Remember two years ago, get in the car first, it's cold outside."

"Yeah, okay."

Qin Mo saw Su Miao walking with a limp from behind. He wanted to ask something but in the end he chose to keep quiet and pretend not to see it.

Su Miao has a strong sense of self-esteem, and asking her about what happened in prison is like stabbing her heart with a knife.

The prison seems peaceful but in reality it is a cruel place. Su Miao is so thin that one can imagine the suffering he has endured in there.

Su Miao got into the car. The heater was on and it felt cozy. She hadn't felt so warm in a long time.

"What are your plans for the future?"

"Find a job."

"I'm planning to open a hospital, how about you come and help me?"

"I can't help." Su Miao leaned against the window, his fingers twitched. Perhaps he felt cold again, his hands trembled, and his left hand subconsciously clenched his right hand.

"As a prisoner in a labor camp, I can't go to the hospital. You know how I ended up in prison. I stabbed someone 29 times. If people knew about this, who would dare to go to your hospital for treatment?"
