After hanging up the phone, Anuo murmured into her phone, "Zhi Zai, don't worry about whether I'll help you. At most, your man will just need you to coax him a few times. I'm all alone. If I say the wrong thing, I'm afraid your man will have someone put me in a sack and throw me into the Haicheng River."
After speaking, Anuo knelt on the bed and kowtowed three times towards the window to pray for Fang Zhi's well-being, in order to put her mind at ease.
"Please, Bodhisattva, protect my friend Fang Zhi. She is 21 years old, a classical dance student at Ocean University of China, and is currently in Nangong. Please don't pray for the wrong person!"
She had only fled back to China because she had offended Elvis, and she couldn't afford to offend someone in a high position in China again.
As the saying goes, "When poor, one should cultivate one's own virtue; when successful, one should benefit all under heaven." Since it was her careless remark that caused this trouble, let's wait for Princess Lin to return and handle it.
However, before that, she sincerely hoped that Fang Zhi could solve the problem on his own. After all, the child has grown up and it is time for him to learn to handle problems independently.
-
Anno's "kill without burying" approach successfully plunged Fang Zhi into despair.
"Zhizhi, Miss An, your good friend said she dialed the wrong number." Qi Shen slowly played with his phone, emphasizing the words "good friend," his handsome eyes fixed on her with a half-smile. "What do you think?"
Fang Zhi wanted to back away, but her wrist was still being held by the man, so she lowered her head and stared at her knees.
What did she think? She thought Sister An was right.
She knew perfectly well that if Anuo and her brother talked any longer, he might trick her into revealing more information, so hanging up by mistake was the best solution.
Qi Shen chuckled when he saw that she didn't answer. After tossing his phone aside, he pounced on Fang Zhi.
The man's tall and strong figure loomed over her, and her vision suddenly darkened. His refreshing fragrance permeated her senses, like a vine wrapping around her from all directions.
"Tell me." Qi Shen hooked her chin, looking down at the girl's delicate face, his voice low and hoarse, "Is the protagonist Zhizhi wrote based on your brother?"
The girl, who hadn't reacted much initially, suddenly narrowed her eyes and blurted out a denial, "No."
The main event is yet to come; what he's looking at now and reading is just an appetizer.
If we accept that he is the protagonist, what if he continues reading...?
Fang Zhi's body tensed instantly, and he dared not think any further.
"Who else could it be but my brother?" Qi Shen chuckled softly, his voice gentle and pleasant. He had caught the momentary tension in the girl beneath him.
He knew he had guessed correctly.
The descriptions in those texts were so specific that anyone with eyes could tell who they were modeling.
Qi Shen's grip on her chin tightened, but not to the point of hurting her. His magnetic, sexy voice carried a teasing wickedness, "Wearing glasses, not nearsighted, a man who's been bullied by the female protagonist and is now crying and wailing."
He paused, his eyes becoming dark and enigmatic, "I never imagined Zhizhi had such a big appetite."
Within this confined space, she realized there was no escape, and could only stare blankly into the man's dark eyes.
His gaze was so penetrating that even though Fang Zhi was wearing pajamas, he made her feel as if she had been stripped naked.
“I…” she bit her lip, her voice weak and indistinct, “I can’t understand what my brother is saying.”
"Didn't Zhizhi want to see her brother cry because of you?" Qi Shen smiled faintly, his calloused fingers lingering on her delicate face. His deep voice reached Fang Zhi's ears without missing a word, "However long Zhizhi watched the video tonight, we'll double the time and continue for that long. Remember to watch carefully whether your brother cries or not."
Several times? How much would that be?
Fang Zhi's clear black and white eyes filled with tension. She had just opened her mouth, but before she could utter a single syllable of "I don't want to see you cry," her lips and tongue were sealed by the person on top of her.
......
A cold wind howled outside the window, while red waves surged in the bedroom, and burning bodies were tightly intertwined.
Tears of unending joy blurred Fang Zhi's long, thick eyelashes, making her vision blurry.
True to his word, the man relentlessly tormented her for a long time, employing a variety of cunning tactics throughout the night.
Every nerve was filled with an indescribable sense of loss of control. Midway through, he deliberately flipped to Fang Zhi's writings to read and jokingly invited the little girl to rehearse with him.
He then realized that he was speechless at the time, his soft, hoarse voice breaking in fits and starts, unable to produce any complete syllables.
Putting aside whether she knew how or not, she certainly didn't have the strength to trample him underfoot at that time.
-
Thick, dark clouds obscured the sky, and I realized that when I opened my eyes, I was still groggy and couldn't tell whether it was day or night.
She tried to raise her hand to rub her eyes, but her arm was too weak to lift. She realized she could only rub her head back and forth in the pillow like a kitten.
"Awake?" A man's magnetic, languid voice came from the direction of the door, and it was clear from his tone that he was in a good mood.
Fang Zhi raised her head, her hair disheveled and plastered to her cheeks. Through the gaps in her hair, she could see Qi Shen, dressed in light gray loungewear and looking refined, walking towards the bed.
Her heart skipped a beat, and she shrank back down, her voice hoarse and weak from overuse of yesterday's throat, "What time is it?"
"It's lunchtime." Qi Shen walked to the bedside and sat down, picking up the water glass that had been poured and placed on the bedside table beforehand. He turned to look at the girl's large, wary, watery eyes and chuckled, "Want some water to moisten your throat?"
Her throat was dry and parched, and she realized she really needed to drink some water. She nodded and said, "Okay."
As soon as he finished speaking, Qi Shen leaned forward to help her sit up against the headboard. His long, slender hands brought the water glass to her lips as he fed her, saying, "Drink slowly."
