Chapter 69 Some things can't be delayed any longer.

The next second.

The partition inside the car slowly rose.

Sang Yuwan's breath caught in her throat as she struggled to sit up. Suddenly, her waist tightened, and her heart pounded. She looked up.

The sound of her breath grew hotter and hotter, making her ears turn red.

"Rong Zhi, let go."

She lowered her voice.

There was a certain emotion stirring in Rong Zhi's eyes, with a hint of expectation and longing.

Perhaps it was because she had tasted sex, but the fire of desire in her heart could always be easily ignited by her.

He suddenly pulled her onto his lap with force.

In that instant, they could hear each other's heartbeats clearly.

"Rong Zhi, what are you doing?" Sang Yuwan asked angrily, grabbing his shirt collar tightly with one hand.

Rong Zhi lowered his eyelids slightly, gazing at her intently from close range.

Those deep, dark eyes were as black as night.

Sang Yuwan saw her own flushed cheeks reflected in his pupils, her chest heaved violently, and she gritted her teeth and muttered, "Rong Zhi, you are truly shameless."

"Then I'll be shameless to the end."

A deep voice reached her ears, and a strong electric current surged through Sang Yuwan's lips.

Rong Zhi kissed her without hesitation.

The sound coming from the back seat soaked Minglang's back as he drove, and his back teeth felt like they were about to be crushed.

-

Back to Qinghe Garden.

Sang Yuwan spotted three Rolls-Royces parked in front of the villa from afar.

One of them, Jiang A.

Ning Wanzhen's car.

She had never been here in the past four years. But she's been showing up frequently these past two days.

It was clear that her mother-in-law had become suspicious of her.

After turning off the car, Sang Yuwan straightened her clothes, picked up her bag, and got out of the car.

Almost simultaneously, the people in the three Rolls-Royces opened their doors.

Sang Yuwan looked slightly surprised. "Mom, Second Uncle, Third Uncle. What brings you here so late?"

Ning Wanzhen's expression was somewhat unpleasant. She glanced at her car and asked, "Wanwan, why are you back so late?"

Sang Yuwan remained calm, a slight smile playing on her lips. "I've never worked until this late before."

As he said this, he glanced at Bo Yuheng and Bo Hanshan out of the corner of his eye and let out a cold laugh.

She worked tirelessly for the company, while they did nothing but receive substantial dividends every year. Even so, they were still dissatisfied. They made things difficult for her at every turn, frequently creating trouble for her, and even tried to kill her.

Mentioning Bo Xingzhi, Ning Wanzhen's nose tingled and her eyes suddenly reddened. "You can't compare to him."

Sang Yuwan's lips curved slightly, "Mom, I know my abilities are inferior to his..."

Ning Wanzhen interrupted, "That's not what I meant. You're pregnant now and shouldn't overwork yourself. You should listen to the shareholders' opinions and hire a professional manager."

Bo Yuheng finally spoke up, "Niece-in-law, do you want your sister-in-law to stand outside and talk to you the whole time?"

His words were loaded with veiled barbs and sarcasm.

Sitting in his wheelchair, Bo Hanshan sneered, "She's the head of the family now, why would she care about her sister-in-law?"

“Second Uncle, Third Uncle, I am now a widow living alone. It’s fine for Mom to go in, but I’m afraid it’s not appropriate for you.” Sang Yuwan’s words were sharp and calm.

Bo Hanshan scoffed, "So you do know what shame is."

Sang Yuwan's brows furrowed, and her tone suddenly became stern, "Third Uncle, if you have something to say, let's talk at the old house."

A sinister smile crept across Bo Hanshan's eyes. "Sister-in-law, second brother, shouldn't we ask the people in the car to come out?"

Upon hearing this, Ning Wanzhen's face darkened, and she ordered Minglang, "Open the car door."

Minglang paused for a moment, then looked at Sang Yuwan, "Madam?"

Sang Yuwan's expression tightened, and a cold glint appeared in her eyes. "Even if you are elders, you cannot be so rude."

Seeing this, Ning Wanzhen frowned, her voice trembling, "Wanwan, I warned you last time not to get too close to Rong Zhi. I never expected you..."

Sang Yuwan was taller than her. She lowered her eyes, cleared her throat, and said, "So this is why you were waiting for me at my door late at night."

The words "catching someone in the act of adultery" are difficult to utter.

Bo Yuheng added fuel to the fire again, saying, "As the head of the Bo family, you should set an example. If your conduct is not upright, it will be difficult to win people's respect."

Bo Hanshan chimed in, "A widowed woman, actually having an affair with her brother-in-law, if this gets out, tsk tsk..."

Ning Wanzhen's blood pressure spiked, and her face turned as red as a boiled shrimp. She slowly raised her hand and pointed to the back door, "Open the door."

Sang Yuwan's face turned completely cold, her eyes like lonely stars in the night sky. She took a deep breath, raised an eyebrow, and said, "Mom, I told you before. Don't listen to some of the gossip."

Ning Wanzhen's arms trembled, and her voice was a little hoarse, "Your third uncle swore on his life that you and Rong Zhi went in and out together..."

"So, this gossip came from Uncle San's mouth." Sang Yuwan smiled, but the chill emanating from her body deepened.

Bo Hanshan's eyes were fierce. "Enough nonsense, let Rong Zhi come out."

Ning Wanzhen almost lost her balance, clutching her chest tightly with one hand.

Bo Yuheng's smile was sinister.

Three people, six eyes, all staring at the back seat of Sang Yuwan's Bentley.

Sang Yuwan didn't continue the confrontation and said to Minglang, "Open the car door."

“Yes, Madam.” Minglang pressed the car key and then opened the back door. He also turned on the interior lights.

In the bright lights, the situation inside the car was clearly visible.

Bo Hanshan's pupils contracted, and veins bulged on his forehead. "Impossible. Rong Zhi clearly got into her car. How come no one is here?"

Sang Yuwan sneered, "Third Uncle, who told you he got into my car?"

Bo Hanshan's face was as black as the bottom of a pot. "Open the trunk."

Upon hearing this, Minglang was so angry that he wanted to kick him.

Sang Yuwan smiled coldly. "Open it."

Minglang pressed the car key again.

Bo Hanshan drove his wheelchair to the back of the car and stared wide-eyed at it.

It was completely empty inside.

"That's impossible?" Bo Hanshan narrowed his eyes, the wrinkles at the corners of his eyes as deep as ravines.

Seeing this, Ning Wanzhen breathed a sigh of relief.

Ever since she came here to catch her cheating two days ago, she had felt guilty towards Sang Yuwan, and now she felt even more sorry for her.

"Wanwan..."

Bo Yuheng's eyelids twitched, and he smiled sinisterly, "Perhaps, Rong Zhi got off the train halfway."

Ning Wanzhen's heart clenched once again.

Bo Hanshan raised an eyebrow. "Second brother is right."

"absurd."

Sang Yuwan could no longer hold back; her brows furrowed, and her face became stern.

Before the three could speak, she said another sternly.

"Go back to the old house."

She got into the car and slammed the door shut.

Ning Wanzhen was so shocked that her heart pounded.

Bo Yuheng and Bo Hanshan exchanged a glance, their brows furrowed.

Four luxury cars drove out of Qinghe Garden one after another.

The people in the car had different thoughts.

Ning Wanzhen was deeply worried.

Bo Yuheng and Bo Hanshan each harbored their own ulterior motives.

Sang Yu received a phone call midway through the evening, and the frost on her face faded slightly.

Tomorrow will be the seventh day after Bo Xingzhi's death.

Some things can't be put off any longer.
