Chapter 569 Jiang Zhi's Jedi Counterattack

As Jiang Zhi tracks the child, every step feels like walking on a knife's edge. She's anxious but must remain calm. She knows full well that the enemy she faces is not only ruthless but also has set numerous traps in the dark. If she's not careful, she'll be doomed.

After reuniting with her allies, she quickly formulated a detailed rescue plan. The first step was to quietly approach the enemy's lair. They chose the most concealed route, traversing the dense forest, using the trees for cover. Jiang Zhi's eyes were firm and sharp, constantly alert to the surroundings. Her hands were tightly gripped around her homemade weapon, a piece she had cobbled together from limited resources in her difficult situation. It was crude but deadly.

As they neared the edge of the enemy's lair, Jiang Zhi signaled for everyone to halt. Crouching like a nimble cheetah, she used the underbrush for cover as she slowly moved forward, trying to gauge the enemy's outpost distribution. Her heartbeat raced, but her breathing was steady, like a still lake. Years of training and experience had given her perfect control of her body's reactions at such a crucial moment. Through gaps in the underbrush, she spotted several burly guards, weapons in hand, patrolling back and forth, their eyes scanning the surroundings with vigilance.

Jiang Zhi silently calculated the guards' patrol times and routes, then quietly retreated to his group and, in a low voice, described the enemy's deployment in detail to his allies. Based on this information, they decided to split up and launch raids from different directions to distract the enemy. Jiang Zhi personally led one of the raids, targeting the core area where the children were being held.

As night fell, the operation officially began. Jiang Zhi moved through the shadows like a ghost, her footsteps so light and silent that they made no sound. As she approached a guard, she struck with lightning speed, her weapon striking the guard's vitals with pinpoint accuracy. The guard fell before he could even utter a cry. Her allies, equally skilled, engaged the enemy in fierce battles from all directions. The cries of death and the clashing of weapons instantly shattered the night's tranquility.

Jiang Zhi cut through the thorns and rushed towards the depths of the nest. On the way, she encountered stubborn resistance from the enemy. A sturdy enemy rushed towards her waving a long sword, the sword flashing coldly in the darkness. Jiang Zhi dodged the enemy's attack cleverly, then rolled to the side of the enemy and stabbed the enemy's abdomen with the weapon in her hand. The enemy roared in pain and stabbed again with a backhand. Jiang Zhi jumped into the air, turned in the air, avoided the fierce blow, and kicked the enemy's wrist at the same time, and the long sword flew out of her hand. She took advantage of the situation and dealt the enemy a fatal blow.

Amidst the fierce battle, Jiang Zhi's mind constantly flashed back to the adorable faces of her twins, a force that fueled her courage as she pressed forward. She knew she couldn't give up; her children were waiting to be rescued. Finally, she reached a building that resembled a prison. Two guards stood guard at the entrance. Upon seeing Jiang Zhi, a flicker of panic crossed their eyes, but they quickly calmed down and drew their weapons, ready to fight.

Jiang Zhi didn't hesitate. She took a deep breath and rushed at the enemy like an arrow from a bow. Unleashing all her might, she engaged the enemy in a desperate struggle. During the battle, she accidentally received a slash on her arm from an enemy weapon, but she seemed oblivious to the pain and continued to fight tenaciously. After a hard fight, she successfully eliminated the two guards.

She rushed into the cell. Under the dim light, she saw the twins, a boy and a girl, tied up in a corner, their mouths gagged, their eyes filled with fear and helplessness. Jiang Zhi's heart tightened instantly. She quickly stepped forward, untied the ropes around the children, and held them tightly in her arms. At this moment, she could no longer hold back her tears, and they burst out. She gently comforted the children, "Don't be afraid, Mom is here, you are safe."

However, the danger wasn't over. The enemy, realizing Jiang Zhi had rescued the child, rushed toward the cell. Jiang Zhi knew they had to evacuate quickly. Holding the child, she reunited with her allies and began to break out.

During the evacuation, enemy attacks surged like a tide. Jiang Zhi protected the children while fighting alongside her allies. Using her medical skills, she provided simple treatment to the injured while directing an orderly retreat. Her eyes revealed immense resolve and courage, and her voice, steady and powerful, gave her allies a sense of solidarity amidst the chaos.

They fought and retreated, gradually moving away from the enemy's lair. But the enemy pursued them relentlessly, seemingly determined not to let them go. Jiang Zhi looked at her exhausted allies and the frightened children, and a strong anger surged in her heart. She decided not to retreat and to deal the enemy a heavy blow.

She left the child in the care of a trusted ally, then turned and charged the enemy. Her figure loomed small yet towering in the flames of battle. She unleashed her fiercest attack, each one imbued with immense power and determination. Her attacks lashed out like a torrential rain, overwhelming the enemy.

Under Jiang Zhi's leadership, the allies rallied and united in a final stand against the enemy. The battlefield was thick with smoke and the cries of battle shook the heavens. Jiang Zhi's body was stained with the blood of her enemies, and her eyes burned with the flames of revenge. After a thrilling battle, they finally succeeded in repelling the enemy and completely escaped danger.

Jiang Zhi, holding the twins, embarked on her journey home with her allies. Her face was etched with fatigue, yet her eyes were filled with relief and joy. This experience had made her even more acutely aware of the weight of her responsibility. She must not only protect her family but also fight the mysterious organization to the bitter end, for justice and for all those harmed. She knew the road ahead would still be filled with difficulties and obstacles, but she was no longer afraid, for she had a stronger drive and conviction.
