Chapter 60: Dangers

Jiang Zhi's discovery aroused the high vigilance of the mysterious organization. Like beasts hiding in the darkness, they were enraged and began to hunt Jiang Zhi even more frantically. Jiang Zhi instantly fell into an unprecedented crisis.

On the city streets, sunlight filtered through the cracks between the tall buildings, but it couldn't dispel the gloom in Jiang Zhi's heart. She hurried, her expression tense, constantly glancing back, as if an enemy might pounce from the shadows at any moment. Jiang Zhi's long hair fluttered slightly in the wind, her eyes revealing determination and resolve, yet also a hint of fear.

A mysterious organization's pursuit followed her relentlessly, their methods brutal and efficient. Jiang Zhi was forced to dodge, fearing danger around every corner and a potential spy from every stranger. She weaved through narrow alleyways, graffiti on the walls and shabby signs flashing before her eyes. The sound of footsteps echoed in the silent lane, making her heart beat faster.

Once, Jiang Zhi had just taken refuge in an abandoned warehouse when she heard a clamor of footsteps outside. Holding her breath, she leaned against the wall, her heart pounding. Through a crack in the warehouse, she saw a group of men in black searching outside, their eyes cold and sharp. Jiang Zhi knew that if they discovered her, she would face unimaginable consequences.

She used her wits and skills to escape danger time and again. At a critical moment, Jiang Zhi discovered a secret passage, and without hesitation, she entered. The passage was dark, damp, and filled with a lingering smell of decay. Jiang Zhi groped forward cautiously, feeling a surge of unease. Suddenly, a rat scurried past her feet, frightening her so much that she almost cried out.

However, the mysterious organization's pursuit intensified, and Jiang Zhi felt her situation was becoming increasingly dangerous. They seemed omnipresent, and wherever Jiang Zhi hid, she could feel their threat. Jiang Zhi began to doubt whether she could complete her mission of revenge. She remembered Tang Junxi's smile and the good times they had spent together. Those memories pierced her heart like sharp blades.

Jiang Zhi sat exhausted in a corner, her eyes filled with confusion. She didn't know how much longer she could hold out, or if she could defeat this powerful and mysterious organization. However, she knew she couldn't give up; she couldn't let Tang Junxi down.

In this critical moment, Jiang Zhi began to re-examine her situation. She realized that she could no longer blindly hide and escape as before. She needed to formulate a more thorough plan and find the weaknesses of the mysterious organization in order to have a chance to defeat them.

Jiang Zhi began to recall every encounter she had with the mysterious organization, trying to find clues. She remembered the man she met in the abandoned factory. Although the clues he provided were limited, perhaps there was more information to be unearthed. Jiang Zhi decided to return to the abandoned factory to see if she could find more clues.

When Jiang Zhi returned to the abandoned factory, the atmosphere was even more eerie. Old, worn-out machinery lay still, and piles of garbage gave off a foul odor. Jiang Zhi cautiously entered the factory, observing her surroundings warily. Her footsteps echoed through the empty factory, sending a chill down her spine.

Jiang Zhi arrived at the basement where she had found the man last time. It was dark, damp, and filled with a foul odor. She carefully searched every corner, hoping to find some useful clues. Suddenly, she found a secret door hidden in the corner. Jiang Zhi was delighted and carefully opened the secret door, revealing a narrow passage.

The passageway was filled with a mysterious atmosphere, and strange symbols and patterns were carved into the walls. Jiang Zhi didn't know what these symbols and patterns represented, but she felt that they must be related to the mysterious organization. She walked forward along the passageway, her heart filled with anticipation.

At the end of the passage was a room filled with ancient books and documents. Jiang Zhi carefully flipped through them, hoping to find some clues about the mysterious organization. In a tattered book, she found some records about the history and purpose of the mysterious organization.

It turns out that the mysterious organization has existed for a long time, and their goal is to control the economic lifeline of the entire Dragon Kingdom. They manipulate the business community and the powerful through various means to gain huge profits for themselves. Jiang Zhi realized that in order to completely destroy the mysterious organization, he must break their conspiracy.

Jiang Zhi continued searching the room until she discovered a mysterious map. Strange locations and symbols were marked on the map. Jiang Zhi didn't know what they represented, but she sensed that the map must be very important. She decided to take the map with her and continue searching for the mysterious organization's weaknesses.

When Jiang Zhi walked out of the abandoned factory, she felt that she was being watched by a powerful force. She knew that the people from the mysterious organization had discovered her whereabouts. Jiang Zhi quickened her pace, trying to get rid of them. However, the mysterious organization was chasing her closely, and their footsteps were getting closer and closer.

Jiang Zhi ran into a busy street. The bustling crowd gave her a sense of security. However, she knew that the mysterious organization would not let her go easily. She had to find a safe place as soon as possible and re-formulate her plan.

At the end of the street, Jiang Zhi saw an ancient temple. The temple gate was closed, but Jiang Zhi felt that there was a mysterious power protecting it. She pushed the door open without hesitation and walked in.

The temple was filled with a tranquil atmosphere, and the scent of incense was refreshing. Jiang Zhi walked into the main hall, knelt before the Buddha statue, and prayed silently. She hoped that the Buddha would bless her and help her defeat the mysterious organization and avenge Tang Junxi.
