In a dark corner of the city, Jiang Yao clutched her communicator tightly, her face gloomy enough to drip water. The harsh rebukes from the mysterious organization pierced her ears like sharp ice knives.
"Jiang Yao, you haven't done a single thing you promised! We've given you so many resources, but you can't even deal with a woman with a child. Do you know that the organization's patience has its limits?" The voice of the mysterious organization's leader was filled with undisguised dissatisfaction and majesty. Every word was like a heavy hammer, hitting Jiang Yao's heart hard.
Jiang Yao's lips trembled slightly. She tried to defend herself, but her throat felt like it was choking, and she could only utter a few weak "I... I will..." She knew she was in a very passive position in this battle with Jiang Zhi, and the pressure from the mysterious organization behind her was like a collapsing mountain, threatening to bury her completely at any moment.
To regain the trust of the mysterious organization, Jiang Yao decided to take a gamble. She personally selected a group of the most ruthless and well-trained assassins. Each of these assassins had a cold gaze, like a demon from hell, and they exuded a terrifying aura. Jiang Yao led them through the streets and alleys of the city, like hungry wolves chasing their prey.
Jiang Zhi's life was also incredibly difficult. She hid from place to place with her child, unable to sleep peacefully every night and carefully observing her surroundings every time she went out. She knew Jiang Yao wouldn't give up easily, and the involvement of a mysterious organization made the crisis even more difficult.
In a dilapidated, abandoned factory, Jiang Zhi and her allies improvised a crude hideout. The dim light flickered, illuminating the exhausted yet resolute faces of the group. Jiang Zhi held the child tightly in her arms, her eyes revealing endless tenderness and determination. She knew she was the child's only support, and she couldn't afford to give up, no matter what.
"We must find a way to deal with it as soon as possible. This is not a solution." Jiang Zhi said softly. Although his voice was soft, it was full of power.
The allies nodded in agreement and began to discuss countermeasures. An experienced elder spoke slowly, "The mysterious organization behind Jiang Yao is enormous. If we want to fight them, we must find their weaknesses."
Another young ally chimed in, "I heard this mysterious organization is involved in some illegal transactions. Perhaps we can start from that aspect, gather evidence, expose their crimes, and leave them with no choice but to deal with them."
Jiang Zhi frowned slightly, thought for a moment and said, "This is a good direction, but we must also proceed with caution. The mysterious organization is extremely vigilant. Once they discover us, we will be in even greater danger."
Just as they were discussing this, there was a sudden slight noise outside. Jiang Zhi's eyes instantly became sharp. She gently put the child down, signaled her allies to remain quiet, and then quietly moved towards the source of the noise.
In a corner of the factory, Jiang Zhi spotted a suspicious figure. Without hesitation, she deployed her superb skills and pounced on him like a shadow. After a fierce struggle, Jiang Zhi successfully subdued the man.
"Tell me, who sent you?" Jiang Zhi asked in a low voice, his eyes revealing cold murderous intent.
The killer gritted his teeth, refusing to utter a single word. Seeing this, Jiang Zhi knew it was unlikely she'd get any useful information from him, but she wasn't about to let this opportunity slip by. She began to carefully search the killer's body, hoping to find some clues.
Jiang Zhi found a small communicator in the killer's pocket. She thought she might be able to get some information about the mysterious organization through it. However, the moment she picked up the communicator, it suddenly emitted a sharp alarm.
Jiang Zhi secretly cried out in her heart, knowing that she had triggered the communicator's self-destruct device. This meant that the mysterious organization had noticed the situation here and they would be here soon.
"Everyone, prepare for battle. People from the mysterious organization may be here soon." Jiang Zhi shouted loudly. She quickly returned to her allies, handed the child to a reliable ally to take care of, and picked up her weapon, ready for battle.
A moment later, a clamor of footsteps could be heard outside the factory. Jiang Yao, accompanied by a large number of assassins, surged in like a tide. A ferocious smile adorned her face, her eyes revealing a frenzied murderous intent.
"Jiang Zhi, today is the day you die!" Jiang Yao shouted loudly. She waved her hand and the killers behind her pounced on Jiang Zhi and others like hungry wolves.
Jiang Zhi was undaunted, charging at her enemies like a lioness. In battle, she fully utilized her wits and agility, deftly dodging their attacks and waiting for opportunities to strike back. Each of her moves was imbued with power and skill, leaving her enemies with an overwhelming resistance.
However, the assassins of the mysterious organization were no ordinary people. They were well-trained and coordinated. In the fierce battle, Jiang Zhi's allies gradually fell into trouble. Some were injured and fell, while others were besieged by the enemy. The situation became extremely critical.
Jiang Zhi was extremely anxious when she saw her allies in trouble. She knew she had to find a way to reverse the situation as soon as possible. At this moment, she suddenly discovered that Jiang Yao had a brief flaw when directing the assassins to attack.
A flicker of determination flashed in Jiang Zhi's eyes. She decided to take a chance. She took a deep breath, then dashed towards Jiang Yao like a flash of lightning. As she rushed towards Jiang Yao, she deftly dodged the enemy's attacks, relying on her speed and agility to successfully close in on her.
