The night was as dark as ink, shrouding the city with only the bright lights inside the secret base where Jiang Zhi and Shen Qingchen were staying. The atmosphere inside was so heavy that it seemed as if water could be squeezed out of it. Jiang Zhi frowned, leaning over the table, gazing at the repeatedly marked and lined map. The map meticulously depicted the mysterious organization's various strongholds, possible retreat routes, and their estimated troop deployments. Her finger slowly traced a red line, representing their planned main attack direction, but a hint of worry lingered in her eyes. Beside her, Shen Qingchen wore a similarly solemn expression. His tall figure, under the bright light, appeared remarkably resolute, his deep eyes fixed on the intelligence data in his hands, attempting to extract any shred of potentially useful information.
"Qingchen, look here." Jiang Zhi suddenly broke the silence, pointing to an inconspicuous corner on the map. "This abandoned factory, although our previous intelligence showed it wasn't the core base of the mysterious organization, has seen unusually high levels of personnel movement recently. I'm worried they might be setting an ambush here, or hiding something crucial. Once we attack their main base, this place might become a turning point for them."
Shen Qingchen leaned forward slightly, his eyes following Jiang Zhi's pointing. After thinking for a moment, he slowly nodded: "You are right, this place cannot be ignored. I will immediately arrange a team of elites to go and investigate to ensure that everything is safe." After that, he picked up the walkie-talkie and conveyed the order briefly and forcefully.

Jiang Zhi seemed to sense something, looking up at Shen Qingchen. Their eyes met in mid-air, and for a moment, all words turned into a silent gaze. In those eyes, there was concern for each other, unwavering love, and a determination to live and die together. On the eve of this tense decisive battle, their hearts were incomparably peaceful, as if as long as they were by each other's side, no difficulty could stop them.
"Jiang Zhi, wait until this battle is over, no matter what the outcome, we should not separate again." Shen Qingchen said softly, although the voice was light, it seemed to have a thousand pounds of force.
