Chapter 894 Dawn of Victory

The morning mist gradually dissipated under the rising sun, but the mysterious organization's stronghold still lingered with the smell of gunpowder and blood. With the energy system paralyzed, chaos surged like a surging tide, instantly engulfing every corner of this sinister land.

Amidst the chaos, Jiang Zhi and the others keenly spotted an opportunity. Like a Valkyrie on the battlefield, she stood swiftly, her eyes gleaming with determination. "Everyone, listen up! Now is the time to attack with all your might!" Jiang Zhi's command cut through the cacophony of shouts and cries, reaching every ally clearly. They all responded in unison, their morale soaring to the apex, and like a surging wave, they charged towards the enemy.

Each of the allies showcased their strengths. Some, with their exquisite marksmanship, fired accurately from behind cover, sending foes falling in a flash of gunfire. Others, nimble and fleet-footed, swished through the enemy in close combat, leaving them unable to defend themselves. With their concerted attack, the mysterious organization's minions were overwhelmed, their defenses rapidly ripped apart.

However, Jiang Zhi knew this was far from the time to relax. With a flash of her body, she rushed like a gust of wind towards the enemy's most concentrated area, her longsword wielding a stream of cold light, splashing blood wherever it struck. With each swing, she poured all her strength into the blade, as if venting all the suffering she had endured and the hatred she harbored over the past few days.

Shen Qingchen, despite the pain, stumbled a bit, but returned to Jiang Zhi's side with unwavering determination. His clothes were already soaked in blood, and he couldn't tell which was his own and which was his enemy's. But the determination in his eyes never wavered. He stared at Jiang Zhi's back. That was the person he would protect most firmly in his life. As long as he was still breathing, he would never allow Jiang Zhi to come to any harm.

"Jiang Zhi, I'm here to help you!" Shen Qingchen shouted, swung his long sword horizontally, and joined the battle. Although he was injured, his sword skills were still sharp. Every time he chopped the sword, there was a whistling sound of wind. Fighting side by side with Jiang Zhi, for a while, they kept the enemy at bay.

The two stood back to back, their movements seamlessly coordinated, as if they were telepathically connected. Jiang Zhi sensed an enemy attack from her left and shifted slightly, allowing Shen Qingchen's longsword to swing forth, slashing the incoming enemy. From behind Shen Qingchen, an arrow flew, but Jiang Zhi tapped her toes, spun sideways, and swung her sword in a single movement, sending the arrow flying. In this life-or-death battle, their love grew ever more intense, burning amidst the glint and slash of swords, becoming each other's strongest spiritual support.

Seeing this, the surrounding allies were deeply encouraged, and their cries of battle grew even louder. Their exhausted bodies seemed to be infused with new strength, and they launched an unstoppable attack, pushing the enemy back step by step, gradually approaching the core area of the mysterious organization.

Seeing the situation was hopeless, the leader of the mysterious organization's face darkened to the point of tears. A fierce glint flashed in his eyes, knowing that if he didn't escape today, he would be doomed. So, taking advantage of the chaos, he quietly retreated, trying to find a chance to escape this place that was about to bring him down.

Jiang Zhi caught a glimpse of the leader's movements from the corner of her eye. How could she let the culprit go so easily? "Want to run? Not so easy!" Her eyebrows arched, and she tapped the ground with her toes. Using her Qing Gong, she pursued the leader like lightning. Her figure traced an arc through the air, instantly covering several feet.

The leader was alarmed when he noticed Jiang Zhi chasing him. He quickened his pace and waved his hand to signal the few remaining trusted men around him to stop Jiang Zhi. The trusted men obeyed his order and drew their swords, ready to fight to the death.

Seeing this, Jiang Zhi snorted coldly, her eyes revealing disdain. She swung the sword in her hand, its ringing crisp and melodious, a perfect reflection of her unwavering resolve. She moved like a ghost, weaving between the enemies, her sword moving with her. Each thrust was uncanny precision. In just a few moves, she had brought down all of her trusted followers.

At this time, the leader had already escaped for a distance. Jiang Zhi was anxious and accelerated again. She had only one thought in her mind: to catch the mastermind behind the incident and seek justice for Tang Junxi, Shen Qingchen's father, and all those who suffered because of the mysterious organization.

After several rounds, Jiang Zhi spotted the flaw revealed by the leader when he turned around. She circulated the true energy in her body to the extreme and shouted, "Die!" The long sword in her hand stabbed out with a thousand pounds of force. This sword gathered her anger, tenacity and persistent pursuit of justice.

The leader's eyes widened in horror, and he tried to dodge, but it was too late. The longsword pierced his shoulder blade, and he screamed, his weapon falling to his knees, powerless to resist.

Jiang Zhi kicked the dagger out of the leader's hand, pressed his sword against his throat, and stared at him with cold eyes. "Your evil deeds end here!" Jiang Zhi's voice seemed to come from the Nine Netherworld, with a bone-chilling chill that made the leader shudder.

At that moment, the sky was turning pale, and the golden light of dawn shone across the devastated battlefield. A gentle breeze blew away the smoke, bringing a breath of fresh air. Jiang Zhi stood in the morning light, her long hair flowing in the breeze. Her figure was upright and resolute, like the goddess of victory descending to earth.

Shen Qingchen rushed over, his wounded body covered in blood. Seeing Jiang Zhi restrain the leader, a huge stone in his heart finally fell to the ground. He walked over to Jiang Zhi and reached out to gently hold her hand. Both of their hands were stained with blood and sweat, but at this moment, they held each other tightly, conveying the joy of surviving the disaster and their deep affection for each other.

"Jiang Zhi, we did it..." Shen Qingchen's voice was hoarse, filled with endless emotion. Jiang Zhi turned to look at him, tears flashing in her eyes, and nodded slightly. At this moment, thousands of words were expressed in this affectionate gaze. The hardships, pain, separation and longing of the past were transformed into the strength of this embrace.
