Time passed slowly, like the gurgling of water. Before they knew it, Jiang Zhi and Shen Qingchen's twins had grown up quietly, just like seedlings breaking through the soil in spring. They thrived under the nourishment of love, began to emerge in their respective fields, and blossomed with their own unique brilliance.
The morning sun filtered through the lace curtains, gently filtering into the spacious, bright children's room. My daughter, Nuannuan, was dressed in a pale pink blazer, her hair neatly tied back, revealing a smooth, full forehead. Her round face shone with a pair of bright, dark eyes, sparkling with curiosity and anticipation. She stood in front of her wardrobe, carefully selecting accessories for the day. Her gaze was focused and determined, a mirror image of Jiang Zhi in her youth.
"Baby, why did you get up so early today?" Jiang Zhi walked into the room with light steps, a gentle smile on his face, and asked softly.
Nuan Nuan turned around, her eyes sparkling, and said excitedly, "Mom, I want to go to the company with you and learn how to manage a business!"
Jiang Zhi was slightly stunned, then her eyes were filled with relief. She gently touched Nuan Nuan's head and said, "Okay, then we have to get ready quickly and not be late."
Elsewhere, in his son Yangyang's room, there was also a bustling scene. Yangyang, dressed in a neatly pressed shirt, was tying his tie in front of the mirror. Although his fingers were still a little tender, his movements were skillful and confident. His deep eyes, like those of Shen Qingchen, revealed a calmness and wisdom that belied his age.
“Yangyang, isn’t there a school activity today?” Shen Qingchen walked into the room and looked at her son’s orderly appearance, and couldn’t help but asked with a smile.
Yang Yang raised his head, his eyes firm. "Dad, I've already arranged the simulated business competition at school. After it's over, I want to come to your company to learn about investment strategies."
A warm feeling welled up in Shen Qingchen's heart. He walked forward, helped his son straighten his collar, and praised him: "Good boy, you are ambitious! But don't tire yourself too much."
At the breakfast table, Nuannuan and Yangyang enthusiastically discussed their plans. Nuannuan shared the negotiation skills she'd learned from business books, while Yangyang excitedly described the marketing strategy he'd developed during a mock competition. Jiang Zhi and Shen Qingchen exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with pride and satisfaction.
"Nuannuan, when you go to the company today, you must listen more, watch more, and learn more. Ask if you don't understand." Jiang Zhi advised seriously.
"Don't worry, Mom! I will definitely work hard!" Nuannuan patted her chest and promised.
“Yangyang, in the school competition, you must show your strength, but also remember to work as a team.” Shen Qingchen did not forget to remind his son.
"I understand, Dad! I have the confidence to lead the team to achieve good results!" Yangyang said confidently.
After breakfast, the family went their separate ways. Nuannuan followed Jiang Zhi to the Jiang Group. As soon as she entered the building, she was captivated by the bustling and orderly scene before her. In the spacious, bright lobby, employees hurried around, documents in hand, discussing work. Jiang Zhi led Nuannuan into the elevator and pressed the button for the president's office on the top floor.
"Mom, this place is so big and there are so many people. Everyone is so busy." Nuannuan looked around curiously, her eyes full of novelty.
Jiang Zhi smiled and explained, "This is our company. Everyone is working hard for the company's development. Honey, you have to remember that managing a company is about coordinating everyone's work and moving everyone towards a common goal."
Arriving in the president's office, Jiang Zhi began her workday. She first reviewed several important documents, then held a video conference with several department managers. Nuannuan sat at a small table nearby, carefully observing her mother's every move, occasionally writing something down in a small notebook.
After the meeting, Jiang Zhi turned around, looked at Nuan Nuan's focused expression, and asked, "Baby, what did you see? Do you have any ideas?"
Nuannuan raised her head and said seriously, "Mom, I saw you discussing the project with them. You know every detail very well, and you can make decisions quickly. I think managing a business is so difficult, but I also want to learn it."
Jiang Zhi smiled and patted Nuan Nuan's head, saying, "Managing a business is indeed not easy, but as long as you study hard and accumulate experience, you will definitely be able to do it well. Now, let me tell you about the project mentioned in the meeting just now."

The team members nodded in agreement and threw themselves into their intense work. Yangyang sat at his computer and began collecting market data and analyzing industry trends. With his quick thinking, he quickly developed a detailed promotional plan outline.
"Yangyang, what do you think of this poster design?" Xiaoyan came over with the draft design and asked nervously.
Yangyang looked at the poster carefully, thought for a moment and said, "The overall style is very good, but I think the portability of the product can be highlighted and displayed in a more eye-catching way."
