Chapter 77 Shang Hanjiao

The shortest shortcut from Qinghe City to Qinglong Academy requires going straight through the outskirts of the forest. This road is not easy for Qi-refining cultivators, but it is just a pastime for Luo Jiujiang, who has already reached the third level of foundation building.

In order to hone his newfound skills, he ventured into the depths of the forest several times. Most of the time, he gained a lot, and there were also a few times when he narrowly escaped.

It is worth mentioning that he had only been in the forest for seven days, but he had already broken four knives.

Fortunately, he had anticipated this embarrassment before he set out, and he bought a dozen weapons to use during the transition period.

The sky was already dark that day, the setting sun was slanting, and dusk was deepening. Luo Jiujiang was on his way as usual, intending to walk all night long when he suddenly noticed that a group of monkeys were moving unusually not far away.

The white-haired monkeys were supposed to live in the middle layer of the forest. I don’t know what changes happened before that attracted them here.

The white-haired ape is extremely intelligent and has supernatural powers. It always travels in groups. A well-aimed stone can split open a wild boar's gourd, and a slap can make a Qi-refining monk spin on one foot three or five times on the spot. Wherever they pass, it is basically a large-scale looting scene, and the scene only reminds people of a five-nut longevity peach that has been flattened by a butt.

Even someone as brave as Luo Jiujiang didn't want to get close to the white-haired ape.

He had just turned to avoid the apes when he sensed a female cultivator surrounded by them. With a click of his tongue, Luo Jiujiang faced the apes without hesitation. His right hand reached his waist, and a new, crimson-red sword emerged.

In addition to being violent and chaotic, the white-haired ape also loves beauty, sex, and lust.

According to Luo Cang's original teachings, anything over four feet tall met their basic standards of beauty, and a bit of hair on the head was ideal. This easily explained why monks often stumbled upon them engaging in interspecies group sex with green moss and stone creatures in the forest—they really weren't picky.

So don’t mention that the person surrounded by the white-haired apes today was a female Qi-refining cultivator. Even if it was eight men as mighty and strong as iron towers, Luo Jiujiang would have to leave this time after realizing it.

Luo Jiujiang shook the hilt in his hand, still feeling unsatisfied. However, this knife was already the best and most expensive one he could find in the small world. Fortunately, it was worth the hundreds of low-grade spirit stones it cost, being tough enough not to break as easily as its predecessors.

Luo Jiujiang pursed his lips into a whistle, then blew a few sharp whistles from a distance. The sound waves spread far into the forest, turning into echoes when they struck the dense branches and greenery, creating a multi-tone symphony that Luo Jiujiang had not expected.

Because of its 'energetic, lively and active' nature - that is, it loves to find things to do, the white-haired ape's attention can be easily aroused.

Luo Jiujiang blew three whistles, and the herd of white-haired apes dispersed slightly. This clan wasn't very large, only about ten or so. Luo Jiujiang was now less than five feet away. Seeing this, he couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. He shouted with full force, then pulled a large stone, freshly wrapped in fur, from his storage bag and threw it far away.

Fortunately, he had hunted enough these days and had enough furs.

Compared to the delicate female cultivator who was curled up on the ground with an injured shoulder, the six-foot-long stone with a circle of smooth white hair on its head obviously met the mate selection criteria of some white-haired apes. Seeing that three white-haired apes immediately followed the rolling stone and left, Luo Jiujiang took the initiative and did the same thing one after another, throwing out five or six fur-covered stones.

The master hadn't lied to him. He'd actually not been sarcastic when he'd said the white-haired ape had an empty head! But for some reason, he'd added, "I only regret he's not color blind."

Luo Jiujiang used this method to lure away another four or five white-haired monkeys, but unfortunately the remaining four were unmoved - no, they did move, and two of them turned their attention and came directly towards Luo Jiujiang!

Obviously, the white apes think Luo Jiujiang is easier to fuck.

Luo Jiujiang: “…”

He had thrown a seven-foot-long stone before, and the fur on it was the slickest and smoothest. He wondered what made that stone less attractive than his own? Couldn't he use a knife?

At this critical moment, Luo Jiujiang actually had the leisure to think about such trivial matters. Before drawing his sword, he glanced at the stones that were "found by their companions" and suddenly realized: among all the people present, only he and the female cultivator had full black hair.

...It's a pity that I'm not color blind, not completely stupid, and I can actually pick on the color of fur. Luo Jiujiang's mind quickly floated this thought: Master is so predictable!

A rhythmic "slapping" sound could be heard all around... While the sound was intriguing, it hadn't yet reached the crucial step. The white-haired apes' habit was to knock their partners unconscious before mating, so the eight distracted white-haired apes were circling the stone, slapping their partners. And then, right before Luo Jiujiang's eyes, a white-haired ape struck him head-on!

Luo Jiujiang raised his arm and swung his sword, using the back of the sword to exert enough strength to block the white-haired ape. Then he stomped his foot and lifted up a fist-sized rock buried in the soil. He kicked it away, and it broke through the air with a fierce sound, rushing straight towards the back of the head of the white-haired ape next to the female cultivator.

If the ten or so white-haired apes had worked together, Luo Jiujiang would have been somewhat wary of them. But now that his mind was preoccupied with lust, he was no longer anxious. He slipped through the gap between the two white-haired apes surrounding him with the ease of a fish, then spun around and kicked one of them, sending it sprawling onto an unused rock. The white-haired ape, with its steely frame, didn't even bother seeking revenge on Luo Jiujiang after being kicked down. Instead, it enthusiastically clattered rocks.
