Lin Qingtong followed the gaze and saw a gentle and refined figure protecting Lin Jiaorui behind him.
But his hand did not touch Lin Jiaorui; instead, he looked in Shen Tinghe's direction and spoke coldly.
"Uncle, she's my woman, you have no right to touch her."
Upon hearing the man's address to Shen Tinghe, Lin Qingtong tilted her head slightly to look at Shen Tinghe.
"This is?"
Shen Tinghe's face was full of smiles, but the smiles didn't reach his eyes, and he uttered a sentence indifferently.
“This is my second uncle’s son, Shen Yibo.”
Lin Qingtong could clearly sense that Shen Tinghe's attitude towards him was not very good, and she guessed that there was something else going on.

Lin Jiaorui thought Lin Qingtong had admitted defeat, and a smile spread across her face.
"Then I thank you for your blessings, sister. Oh, and I have some good news to tell you. I'm pregnant, and you're going to be an aunt."
Lin Jiaorui placed her hand on her flat stomach and looked at Lin Qingtong triumphantly.
Lin Qingtong's gaze fell thoughtfully on her abdomen, a question lingering in his mind.
If Lin Jiaorui had gotten close to Shen Yibo earlier, she definitely wouldn't have been able to resist showing it off.
It's strange how she waited until she was pregnant to tell everyone.
There must be something fishy about this.
Before Lin Qingtong could figure out the details, Shen Tinghe's deep, hoarse voice rang in her ears.
"Her gemstone ring and villa belong to Uncle Shen."
The meaning behind his words was unclear, but Lin Qingtong understood them immediately and looked at him in shock.
Shen Tinghe nodded.
Lin Qingtong now understood, and when she turned to look at Lin Jiaorui, her eyes were dark.
I see, that makes sense now.
With Shen Yibo's support, Lin Qingtong and the others could no longer force Lin Jiaorui to leave, and Jiang Hao was also able to stay at the banquet.

Many gossipy eyes in the crowd fell on Lin Qingtong and Huo Xinlan.
They wanted to see if Huo Xinlan was truly generous enough to tolerate her fiancé being with another woman.
The imagined scene of two women vying for one man did not happen. Huo Xinlan calmly danced with her female companion and chatted with a smile.
They even nodded and smiled as they passed Lin Qingtong.
At this moment, Lin Qingtong looked somewhat tired. After bidding farewell to Shen Tinghe, she headed towards the Wutong Manor.

Upon hearing this, Lin Qingtong frowned slightly, a hint of amusement flashing in her eyes.

Lin Qingtong's calm and frank words, however, sounded like an attempt to cover up her true intentions to Jiang Hao.
She took two steps forward and reached out to grab Lin Qingtong, but Lin Qingtong dodged her.
"Don't touch me, I feel disgusted."
Jiang Hao still maintained a deeply affectionate demeanor; in the past, Lin Qingtong might have actually been deceived by his pretense.
But things are different now. She has long seen through Jiang Hao's ugliness and hypocrisy, so how could she be deceived?
