Lin Qingtong saw message after message, all of which were money transferred by Shen Tinghe, totaling about five or six hundred million.
Shen Tinghe curled the corners of his lips and said, "Consider it as if I bought that villa."
Lin Qingtong stared at Shen Tinghe in front of her, her heart filled with mixed feelings.
She never wanted Shen Tinghe's money; she just wanted to find an excuse to take back the villa.
She also wanted to probe for the truth of what happened back then, and she felt that Shen Xue must be hiding something from her.
"No, I want to return this money to you."
Lin Qingtong was about to transfer the money back when Shen Tinghe suddenly grabbed her hand.
"This is what I'm giving you willingly. It's the money I earned this month. I'll give you all the money I earn from now on."
Lin Qingtong's heart skipped a beat, somewhat afraid that Shen Tinghe would then bring up the topic of marriage.
She's still resistant to marriage; at least, none of the people around her who got married had a good ending.

But instead of hearing Shen Tinghe's words, she received a big hug from him.
Shen Tinghe's embrace was broad and warm, holding her tightly in his arms.

Lin Qingtong's heart skipped a beat. She didn't look up at him, but instead reached out and tightly wrapped her arms around his waist.

Lin Qingtong's breathing became rapid. She immediately unbuttoned her pajamas, revealing her bare shoulders, and turned off the bedside lamp.
In the pitch-black room, only the bright moonlight shone down, yet it could not conceal the surging ambiguity and affection.
The next morning, Lin Qingtong woke up with aches and pains all over her body. She took a shower and came out to see Shen Tinghe bringing in breakfast.
"Seeing that you were still asleep, I brought it in. Auntie and Mr. Dongfang are both in the dining room."
He paused, then asked, "Why don't you go out to eat?"
Upon hearing this, Lin Qingtong smiled and walked over, took the breakfast, and sat down on the sofa.
"Right here."
She didn't really want to go to the restaurant either, feeling a little embarrassed to face Dongfang Qingfeng.
The fact that this person was her own father was something she found utterly unbelievable.
