Nanxun had been feeling uneasy ever since Xie Jiashu's visit. That very day, he sent Lin Qiao to find out what had happened to Zhu Zhu.

Ever since Xue Li'er learned that Zhu Zhu was hit by An Yiqing's car, she understood that Xie Jiashu was so anxious to find Nan Xun that day because he wanted Nan Xun to go to the hospital to see Zhu Zhu.
So Xue Li'er had it in her head. She absolutely couldn't let Nanxun and Zhu Zhu meet at this moment. She couldn't let them have any chance of lingering feelings over this matter. She wanted to nip any signs of resentment in the bud.
"What are you going to do?" Xue Li'er asked, "The station gave me a long vacation these days. Can I go with you?"
