Chapter 148 Remittance

Zhu Zhu and An Yiqing walked in silence all the way to the police station. Although An Jinli had become a suspect in the blackmail of Wu Yifeng because of Zhao Xueer, due to An Jinli's social status, the police did not give him much trouble until the case was finalized, giving him an interrogation room to sit alone.

"Dad!" An Yiqing hurried in when he saw An Jinli.

An Jinli looked up at An Yiqing who was losing his temper, then shifted his gaze to Zhu Zhu behind An Yiqing and frowned.

"Why is she here?" An Jinli asked.

"Oh." An Yiqing glanced at Zhu Zhu, "I was afraid that Dad would have something for me to do, so I asked Zhu Zhu to come along so that she could look after me."

"You go out first." An Jinli said to Zhu Zhu, "I want to talk to Yiqing alone."

Zhu Zhu nodded, turned around and walked out the door, closing it behind her.

"Dad! How could this happen?" An Yiqing asked, "Does Wu Yifeng want to stay in the capital anymore? He actually dared to call the police."

An Jinli sneered: "He must have already made up his mind to fight to the death. That's why he is so reckless."

"So what should we do now?" An Yiqing asked, "Does Zhao Xueer have any evidence?"

"That woman?" An Jinli sneered, "She doesn't have the guts!"

An Yiqing felt relieved after hearing what An Jinli said. He probably thought his father was just cooperating with the police in the investigation, and it wasn't as serious as he imagined.

"Yiqing, I have something for you to do," An Jinli said. "Because I'm under suspicion now, I probably won't be able to leave today. Just as I instructed, you should transfer 500,000 yuan to this account. Remember, you must do it yourself and don't give it to that woman outside."

"Dad, who is this money for?" An Yiqing was a little curious.

"Don't worry about it. Just know that you have to wire the money today. Got it?"

"OK."

After An Jinli finished speaking, he asked An Yiqing to take out a small piece of paper he had prepared in advance and write the account number on it.

"Remember. You must go to remit the money in person." An Jinli repeatedly instructed.

"Dad, don't worry." An Yiqing replied, "I'll go collect it as soon as I get out of the Public Security Bureau."

"good."

Zhu Zhu waited at the door for about fifteen minutes before An Yiqing came out.

"Is there anything wrong?" Zhu Zhu came forward and asked.

"It's okay." An Yiqing took his bag from Zhu Zhu and put the note in it.

Zhu Zhu watched An Yiqing's actions and glanced at the note. There was a string of numbers on it, which looked like a bank account number or something.

"Zhu Zhu, I have to go to the bank for something." An Yiqing said, "Can you go back by yourself?"

"No problem." Zhu Zhu said, "You can go and do what you want. I can handle it myself."

"Okay. I'll call you later."

"OK."

Zhu Zhu watched An Yiqing drive away and then hailed a taxi.

"Master, help me catch up with the car in front." Zhu Zhu always felt that what An Yiqing was going to do now must have been instructed by An Jinli.

What was the urgent matter? Zhu Zhu wanted to know. Perhaps following An Yiqing would yield some results.

An Yiqing's car drove all the way to Anhe Entertainment. Zhu Zhu found it even more strange. If they were going to Anhe, why did they leave her behind? What exactly did An Jinli want An Yiqing to do?

An Yiqing's car stopped just two blocks away from Anhe Entertainment.

Zhu Zhu looked up. An Yiqing parked the car, got out and walked into a bank across the street.

Go to the bank? Zhu Zhu pondered. What kind of confidential information could there be in a bank?
