Tiannan, Tiannan, all the way south.
"When will this journey south end?" Ming Luo complained as he controlled the boat.
Riding in the car is not tiring, driving is. Now Mingluo finally understands why her brother is always reluctant to drive her on long trips. Besides the fact that he likes to stay at home, it must be because driving is too tiring!
Since they decided to go south that morning, they spent five days and five nights in the air. Apart from sleeping and eating, they almost never landed.
Ming Luo slumped in the chair, looking at Ye Zhihan with grievance, and asked, "How long will it take to get there?"
Ye Zhihan looked at the endless mountains and scattered towns below and said, "Let's go down first."
"Are we there?" Ming Luo was greatly cheered up and sat up straight in his chair excitedly.
"Not yet, but soon." Ye Zhihan rubbed Mingluo's hair. After being in Suma Continent for so long, her originally shoulder-length black hair has now grown a lot longer.
After landing, Mingluo jumped and stretched her limbs, stretching her body lazily. However, before her hands fell, Ye Zhihan put his arms around her waist and moved forward.
Ye Zhihan was very fast, even faster than Lingkong Realm, and faster than Mingluo's boat. He was like a flash of lightning, or a gentle breeze, so fast that it was difficult to see him clearly.
Ming Luo looked up at his face. His cool jawline was as delicate as a fine sculpture, and his Adam's apple was prominent, making him look particularly sexy. Ming Luo adjusted her posture, wrapping her arms around his muscular waist. She tilted her head back and chuckled, her eyes flickering. She pinched his abdomen teasingly and said, "It feels good!"
Ye Zhihan's body shuddered, even a little trembling, and his speed slowed down significantly. He looked down at the girl in his arms with a smirk on her face, and couldn't help but laugh: "Are you still using your hands?"
Ming Luo laughed even more happily. She buried her head in his chest, hugged him tightly, and said contentedly: "It's a good fit, especially a good fit, the best fit in the world."
"Inconvenience in movement..." Ye Zhihan's earlobes turned red and he looked at Ming Luo embarrassedly.
Ming Luo's eyesight has improved since he started practicing. Now, when he observed Ye Zhihan's face closely, he found a few beads of sweat on the wings of his nose. He didn't know whether he was being amused by Ming Luo or because of the hot weather.
The warm breeze blew, the leaves rustled, and the air seemed to be filled with a dull humidity, and the breath between the two of them gradually became sticky.
Mingluo relaxed her grip a little, gently hugged his waist, and said playfully, "It's your turn to be the driver this time."
Ye Zhihan increased his speed and turned into an indistinct shadow in the forest.
Before long, a dilapidated little village appeared before them. On a stone at the entrance was written crookedly: "Where the clouds return to the southern forest sea."
Ming Luo stood at the entrance of the village and asked with great interest, "Southern Sky Forest Sea Cloud Return Place? This small village's name is quite meaningful."
It’s just a pity that although the name of the village is nice, the scenery inside the village is inevitably disappointing.
The road was muddy, with rocks blocking the way, earthen walls collapsed, and broken buildings. If it weren't for a few old men with yellow teeth chatting at the edge of the village, Mingluo would have almost mistaken this place for an abandoned village that had long been uninhabited.
Ye Zhihan didn't stop, took Mingluo's hand and walked into the village.
Mingluo didn't know if she was dazzled, but the moment they entered the village, the old men seemed to have unfriendly expressions, but when she turned around again, the old men didn't even give her a glance.
"Strange." Ming Luo muttered softly.
"Follow my steps." Ye Zhihan instructed.
Ming Luo quickly adjusted his breathing and took the same steps as Ye Zhihan. As they walked, they soon passed through the desolate village.
Although they only walked for a few minutes, Mingluo felt like they had crossed an entire city. The scenery of the desolate village kept appearing in her mind, like a slide show that she couldn't get rid of no matter how hard she tried. It gave her a headache, and she shook her head, trying to get rid of the images that gave her a headache.
Ye Zhihan supported Mingluo's body, rubbed her temples, injected a trace of cool Qi into her, and said, "It's inevitable to have a headache since it's your first time going through the formation."
Then Ye Zhihan turned her around again and said, "We're here at the Demonic Realm."
Mingluo had just walked out of a small, shabby village, how could he reach the devil's realm so quickly?
However, when Mingluo looked up, she found that Ye Zhihan had not lied to her.
In front of him stood a black and gold gate as high as a three-story building. The door was wide open, and on the other side of the door was a bustling street market with wine shops, singing halls, teahouses, inns and gambling houses. The streets were full of small vendors selling cakes, small toys, and handicrafts. There was a dazzling array of all kinds of goods, and it was overwhelming to see.
This is not the gloomy and terrifying demonic territory imagined, but a bustling market at a tourist attraction.
Looking upward, what is even more breathtaking is that in the distance there is a large group of buildings towering into the clouds, just like the skyscrapers in the human world, but those buildings look very uncomfortable. Although they have delicate flying eaves, carved beams and painted buildings, the layers of buildings have an indescribable weirdness.
"Is this really a demonic realm?" Ming Luo asked happily.
"How else could it be fake? Let's go." Ye Zhihan pulled Ming Luo up, walked through the black and gold gate as if they were in an empty space, and walked into the crowded street.
"I've been to so many places, but I didn't expect this place is the closest to the human world." Ming Luo's eyes were full of stars. He suppressed the urge to look around, otherwise he would be regarded as a country bumpkin who had never seen the world.
But as soon as Mingluo finished speaking, she felt the sidelong glances from all directions. The inquiring, curious and greedy eyes all fell on Mingluo, making her feel suffocated.
