Chapter 48 She Saved You
Ji Li lowered his eyes and looked at Jiang Wangyue lying in the treatment cabin with his eyes closed. A chaotic stream of thoughts gradually flooded his mind.

The air in the ward froze instantly.

Jiang Wangyue woke up at this time.
Hearing the sound coming from the treatment cabin behind them, the three of them turned around at the same time.

Jiang Wangyue couldn't help but let go of Lan Xue's long hair, reached out and gently poked Ji Li's cheek with her fingertips.
"What are you thinking about?"
The sudden chill on his face made Ji Li tremble slightly. He looked up at Jiang Wangyue, then shook his head silently.
Knowing that Ji Li was not a talkative person, Jiang Wangyue stopped poking him and continued chatting with Lan Xue about what happened today.
The return journey took much longer than the coming one. When the aircraft landed in the manor, it was already dusk and the lights were coming on.
After Jiang Wangyue got off the aircraft, he stretched hard in the cool evening breeze, which helped to relax his stiff body a little.
Lan Xue did buy a lot of new nutrient solutions. Jiang Wangyue picked up a red one at random. It looked very much like tomato flavor, but as soon as he opened it, a pungent smell of spicy essence rushed straight to his head.
Jiang Wangyue immediately covered her nose and started coughing, and her eyes were filled with tears.
Lan Xue's face changed and she quickly took the nutrient solution from her hand and threw it into the trash can.
After finally calming down, Jiang Wangyue grabbed Lan Xue's arm and said with tears in her eyes, "Promise me that you won't try new things next time, okay?"
Lan Xue looked at Jiang Wangyue, whose eyes were red from coughing, and could not help but blame herself. "Okay, I promise you."
In the end, Jiang Wangyue chose the peach-flavored nutrient solution, which would never go wrong.
After drinking it in one gulp, she let out a long breath.
