Chapter 98 Kneel Until You Nod

When she saw Bo Junyi, Li Susu trembled all over, subconsciously pulled her hand back, lowered her head, turned around and was about to leave.

Tang Yixin was quick to grab her wrist and said, "Susu, stop hiding. Some things need to be made clear. I'll wait for you outside."

Ye Beichen was confused, but still smiled and gave Bo Junyi a thumbs up. Tang Yixin rolled her eyes speechlessly and dragged him out of the president's office.

In the corridor, Ye Beichen couldn't contain his curiosity and approached to ask, "Hey, what's their relationship? Are they in a relationship?"

Seeing that his waist was fine, Tang Yixin glared at him unhappily and said, "If you want to know, go ask yourself."

Ye Beichen looked at the tightly closed door of the president's office and couldn't help but sigh.

Tang Yixin raised an eyebrow and asked, "What are you sighing about?"

Ye Beichen smacked his lips: "Your friend is so bold that he dares to compete with Shen Qingyao for a man."

Tang Yixin sneered: "Get it straight, it was Bo Junyi who was shamelessly pestering Su Su."

The two of them bickered and went to the company's coffee shop.

At the same time, the atmosphere in the president's office was stagnant.

Just as Li Susu was about to take a step, Bo Junyi blocked her way.

"Susu, let's talk." He reached out to hold her hand, but she cleverly avoided him.

Bo Junyi locked the door silently. Li Susu took a step back cautiously: "What do you want to do?"

Bo Junyi smiled bitterly, his eyes full of regret: "I'll apologize to you."

Li Susu turned her face away, her voice a little muffled: "You did nothing wrong."

"I was wrong. From the beginning, I shouldn't have hidden it and made you suffer." Bo Junyi's voice was a little hoarse.

As Li Susu listened, tears gradually welled up in her eyes.

But she still had her sanity, and she mustered up the courage to meet his deep gaze. "Now that I've apologized, can I leave?"

“…”

Bo Junyi was silent for a moment, then suddenly leaned over and pulled out a durian from under his desk. The sharp thorns on the green-brown shell shone with a cold light.

Li Susu subconsciously took a step back: "What are you doing with this?"

"I'm here to apologize." He spoke in a low voice, and his slender fingers tugged off his cufflinks neatly, then rolled up his trousers to his knees.

Before Li Susu could react, her knees had already landed on the sharp thorns of the durian.

"You're crazy!" Li Susu's eyes instantly turned red. She rushed over to support him, but he grabbed her wrist with his backhand.

"Promise to hold the wedding, or I will kneel until you nod."

After saying that, he increased the force of his knees again, and the thorns pierced deeply into the flesh.

Tears welled up in Li Susu's eyes, and she was anxious and angry.

"Bo Junyi! This is the CEO's office. What will happen if the employees see us?"

"So what if you saw it?" The man looked up at her, his Adam's apple rolling violently. "It's not shameful to admit your mistake to your wife."

Li Susu's eyes were red with heartache, and she almost dragged Bo Junyi to the sofa. Looking at the dense bloodstains on his knees, her tears fell.

Bo Junyi wiped her tears and said in a hoarse voice, "Will you promise me?"

"Give me two days." Li Susu pulled her hand back, her nose red. "If you do this again, I will never talk to you again."

After saying that, he turned around and went to find the medicine box.

"The iodine and sterile cotton swabs are in the drawer," said Bo Junyi.

Li Susu quickly brought iodine and ointment.

She sat on the sofa, concentrating on using a cotton swab dipped in iodine to gently wipe the wound on Bo Junyi's leg, with tears still hanging on her eyelashes.

When applying the ointment, the fingertips were as light as a feather gently sliding across the water.

Bo Junyi looked at the red tip of her ear, and a warm feeling rose in his heart. The pain of the wound instantly became insignificant.

Li Susu had just put the lid on the ointment and turned around when her lower back suddenly felt a burning chest.

Bo Junyi hugged her from behind, and the body temperature under his shirt seeped through the fabric.

He has found out the truth and the baby is still there.

But she didn't tell him, and he didn't want to ask at this time.

After all, holding a wedding to completely calm her heart is the most important thing.

He held her in his lap.

Li Susu was afraid that he would feel pain, so she refused to sit and just sat on the sofa.

She watched him hand over the phone.

"Susu, these are the wedding scene designs and wedding dresses. Take a look at them first. I'll send them to you later and you can take your time to choose."

Li Susu's eyelashes trembled slightly, and she lowered her eyes to avoid the burning heat in the man's eyes.

"Your family won't approve."

"I don't need their approval for my life." Bo Junyi gently turned her shoulders. "Even if I have to leave the house empty-handed, I can still give you the best life."

These words made Li Susu's heart burn, but she still tried to stay calm.

"Give me two days to think about it."

Li Susu said as she stood up.

She was afraid that Tang Yixin was waiting outside anxiously.

Bo Junyi was afraid that she would be unhappy, so he didn't dare to insist on keeping her.

When he walked to the door and opened it, he ran into Bo Mingxiu, who was standing at the door motionless with a gloomy face.

A suffocating pressure emanated from his entire body.

"Want to marry her? Not until I die!"

Bo Mingxiu glanced at Li Susu coldly and walked straight into the president's office.

"I didn't agree when we had a child, and now that the child is gone, don't even think about it!"

Li Susu felt her disgusted look, slowed down, turned around and left the president's office without even saying goodbye.

Bo Junyi quickly chased after him.

At this moment, the dull sound of a heavy object falling to the ground exploded in the air.

Bo Junyi subconsciously looked back and saw his father slumped on the carpet with his hands on his chest.

Bo Junyi froze in place, veins bulging on his clenched fists. In the end, he could only grit his teeth and go back, carrying his father on his back and rushing towards the safe passage.
