Chapter 128 Gunfire

"Mom, how are you?" Tang Yue's voice was exceptionally clear amidst the gunshots, and it carried a hint of worry.

She could see Lin Cuicui through her consciousness, but she was currently focused on observing the spies and wasn't looking this way. She felt that her mother hadn't moved for several minutes.

Lin Cuicui's voice came from behind a rock. She seemed to have dirt in her mouth, so she spat it out. "I'm fine, girl, you have to be careful."

Tang Yue felt a slight sense of relief. Her gaze swept across the battlefield; she could sense the positions of the spies, their movements, and even their breathing.

"Brothers, watch out on the right, there are spies coming up." Tang Yue's voice was gentle, and her three brothers immediately adjusted their positions. Their movements were swift and coordinated, like a well-trained squad.

Tang Yue's lips curled up again. Her brothers were very outstanding.

Tang Dong's eyes gleamed in the darkness; he could clearly see the figures of the spies. His finger pulled the trigger, and a bullet whistled through the air, striking one of the spies in the leg. The spy fell to the ground, letting out a painful groan.

Tang Nan and Tang Bei were not to be outdone; their gunshots rang out one after another, each one hitting its target precisely. A hint of excitement appeared on their faces.

The fighting intensified, and the agents began to panic. Their casualties were mounting, yet it seemed no one on the mountaintop was injured. How could this be?

Tang Yue remained calm, but her mind was focused on the location of every spy in the mountains and their every move.

"Watch out, they're about to throw grenades." Tang Yue's voice suddenly rang out, a cold glint flashing in her eyes.

Almost simultaneously, several grenades flew through the air in arcs toward their location.

Without thinking twice, Tang Yue picked up a few stones and threw them at the grenade, but in her haste, she picked up too few stones.

A grenade flew towards her location. At the last moment, Tang Yue's body instantly darted out, her movements as fast as lightning, her body leaping out to avoid the grenade the instant it hit the ground.

"Boom!" The sound of the grenade exploding was deafening, and flames and smoke filled the mountains and forests. Tang Yue's body was thrown into the air by the blast wave, tumbling through the air before finally landing behind a rock.

Tang Yue: I was blown away by the bomb! Could you please give me some positive reviews? I'm waiting online, it's urgent, I need to go to the hospital!
