It's not safe outside right now. There's been no news from spies lately, which might not be a good thing.
The military is helping us keep an eye on things, but we can't be careless ourselves. After all, it's our own family matter.
You're further along in your pregnancy, so please be extra careful.
Listening to Tang Shengkai's nagging, Lin Cuicui felt a warm glow in her heart. She smiled, "Don't worry, Third Brother, I'll give birth in a little over a month. Don't worry. We're living in the family compound now, and ordinary people can't get in at all, so there's no danger."
Dad and the kids are always careful. Just focus on your work; you don't need to worry about things at home.
Tang Shengkai checked the time, then looked at Tang Yue, patted her on the shoulder, picked up a small bag, and left. He needed to go back to the military base to pack his things.
The family dropped Tang Shengkai off at the entrance of the family compound. On their way back, they ran into Xu Zhenfei walking along the road with a big yellow dog.
"Let's go, Yueyue, let's go home." Lin Cuicui took Tang Yue's hand. It was too hot. If it weren't for the spiritual energy protecting her, Lin Cuicui felt like she couldn't breathe.
The weather on the South Island is so different from what they have back home.
After walking a few steps, they heard a dog barking. Lin Cuicui looked up and saw Xu Zhenfei standing under a big tree, holding a majestic yellow dog on a leash. The dog was strong, with shiny fur and bright, piercing eyes, barking excitedly at Xu Zhenfei.
"Dafei, what are you doing?" Lin Cuicui walked over curiously, her gaze sweeping over the big yellow dog. The three Tang brothers followed behind them, also watching Xu Zhenfei with curiosity.
Xu Zhenfei had become quite familiar with Tang Bei and his brothers, and he often visited the Tang family when he had nothing to do. Lin Cuicui had also become acquainted with Xu Zhenfei's family.
Xu Zhenfei looked up and saw Tang Yue and Lin Cuicui. He wiped the sweat from his face and smiled at them, saying, "Little Yueyue is back, Auntie. This is the dog my dad just found for me. I want to train it to be a military dog."
"A military dog? That's very powerful. How do you plan to train it?"
Lin Cuicui knows quite a bit now; she's heard that those military dogs are no ordinary dogs—they're incredibly powerful. Looking at the big yellow dog in front of her, plump and strong, clearly well-cared for, she wondered if this dog could endure hardship.
Xu Zhenfei pointed to some simple training facilities nearby, including jumping hoops, obstacles, and some scarecrows for training. "I plan to start with basic obedience to orders and then gradually increase the difficulty."
A hint of worry flashed in Lin Cuicui's eyes, "Dafei, you're still young. Training military dogs is not an easy task."
Xu Zhenfei didn't think much of it. He just wanted to give it a try, and whether he succeeded or not wasn't important. "Auntie, I know, I just want to try. There were a lot of military dogs in my dad's old unit. I often watched those uncles train, and I recently had this idea, so I wanted to give it a try."
Lin Cuicui didn't say anything else. It was a good thing that the child had the intention. "Okay, then practice hard, Dafei. Auntie will go back now. Come visit us sometime."
"Okay, I understand. Take it easy."
After Lin Cuicui left, Tang Yue asked Xu Zhenfei, "No training this afternoon?"
