After a few breaths, the needle reluctantly trembled.
Tang Yue raised an eyebrow. "Well, it doesn't sound very nice to keep calling you 'you.' How about I give you a name?"
The needle seemed to think for a moment after hearing this, then started circling in its mind. It seemed quite pleased with itself.
Tang Yue seemed to have this feeling in her heart.
"Your appearance, well, let's call you Pin."
The pin paused in its spinning motion, seemingly a little displeased. Tang Yue quickly explained, "Look at your shape—you're a needle, with a uniquely designed end. Calling you a pin really suits you."
From now on, when other tools become available, they'll be relegated to the back; you'll always be the boss.
The big pin seemed to think Tang Yue's explanation was pretty good, and it spun around in Tang Yue's mind even more enthusiastically afterward.
"Now I'm letting you out. You can't poke yourself in the trees and flowers on the mountain."
Tang Yue thought about this special era. What if there were any holes or pits in the tree? If someone discovered them, they might mistake them for secret codes or something. That wouldn't be good.
It's best to avoid unnecessary trouble as much as possible.
The giant pin swayed again before Tang Yue released it from her mind. As soon as it came out, the giant pin started spinning around, wanting to poke everything in its path. Sensing Tang Yue's glaring eyes, it trembled and quickly flew even further away.
You can't poke flowers, grass, or trees, but you see a big rock. The pin thought, "This should be okay to poke, right?" It quickly bent down and "thump!" stuck the pin into the rock.
With a "poof," a hole the size of an adult's palm immediately appeared on the large rock.
Seeing that Tang Yue didn't say anything, the big pin found it extremely amusing, but it started poking the stone with a "plop, plop" sound.
Tang Yue's consciousness had been following the pin the whole time, and she found its childish behavior quite amusing. However, since it obediently didn't bother the flowers, plants, or trees, Tang Yue let it be.
She continued walking into the mountains to catch two rabbits.
Her consciousness spread outwards, and three hundred meters away from her, two grayish rabbits were crouching in a clump of trees.
Tang Yue smiled. They looked quite plump; these two should be enough for one meal.
She was about to run over there when she suddenly remembered the thumbtack. Others couldn't see it, and animals certainly couldn't either. Wasn't the point of bringing it out to help her with her work?
Now that the opportunity has come, she should try it out to see if it works well or not.
"A thumbtack?"
The big pin was enthusiastically stabbing stones, and when it heard Tang Yue's call, it seemed a little reluctant. Tang Yue was speechless, "There are two gray rabbits 300 meters ahead of me. Can you go and kill them for me?"
Upon hearing this, the big pin became overjoyed and flew in the direction Tang Yue had indicated.
