"Don't be so smug, our main force won't let you get away with this!" a U.S. soldier shouted, his voice trembling with fear.
Zhang Dabing slapped him on the back of the head. "Stop talking nonsense! You are prisoners of war now, behave yourselves!" Sun Jinan, meanwhile, vigilantly observed his surroundings to prevent other American troops from coming to his rescue.
After dealing with the prisoners, the two men exchanged a glance, their faces breaking into excited smiles. "Company commander's move was brilliant!" Zhang Dabing exclaimed excitedly.
Sun Jinan nodded. "Yes, with the company commander here, when have we ever lost?" As he spoke, the two men pointed their guns at the prisoners of war, ignoring their painful cries, and waited for their company commander's next instructions.
Tang Yue had already gone to call back several of the Chinese tanks. Fei Bing, the commander of these four tanks, immediately ordered them to turn around upon hearing Tang Yue's command.
However, the area beyond this sharp bend wasn't a flat plain; they needed some time to turn the tank around. Tang Yue returned to her original position ahead of time. She gave Sun Jinan and Zhang Dabing a look, and the two immediately ordered all the prisoners of war to close their eyes, or they would be shot in the eye.
The 12 prisoners of war were so frightened they dared not move and immediately closed their eyes. Tang Yue released six tanks from the spatial storage.
"Hey, Company Commander, does that mean we'll be able to drive tanks down the mountain later?" Zhang Dabing was genuinely excited. His company was a communications company, and he had never even touched a tank before.
How could a man not be interested in these big things? Even Sun Jinan looked on with hope.
Tang Yue rolled her eyes at the two of them. "When they arrive, you two go down and inform the troops below to send someone up to accept the prisoners. After that, you can do whatever you want."
"Yay!" The two were overjoyed. Sun Jinan couldn't wait any longer. Seeing that the first tank of the Chinese army had emerged, he immediately looked at Tang Yue, "Company Commander, can we go now?"
