The children's faces were half-covered by a dirty cloth, and their tender little hands hung limply, completely unaware that they were in danger.
Tang Yue sat down next to Chang Yin, her eyes as cold as if covered with frost, and said in a low voice, "Battalion Commander, there are human traffickers in the hard-seat carriage."
"It must have been the commotion caused by that mother and child that attracted them. Two of them are currently following the mother and child; their accomplices have already succeeded in kidnapping several children from the hard-seat carriage."
Chang Yin's eyes instantly sharpened like a hawk drawn from its sheath, and a chilling aura emanated from his body. He nodded and said in a deep voice, "Only four? Are there any others hiding elsewhere?"
Chang Yin and his team had cracked down on human trafficking gangs more than once, and they were somewhat familiar with their operational plans. Unless the situation was too difficult, there were usually five or six people involved, or even more.
Moreover, someone will come to meet them when they get off the bus.
Tang Yue's consciousness hadn't returned; it had already enveloped the entire train. She noticed a middle-aged couple chatting with a woman sitting opposite them.
"Oh my, your child is so handsome. He's so chubby and fair-skinned, you've raised him so well."
The woman was naturally pleased to hear someone praise her child. She hugged the child tightly and said, "Thank you, but it's not as good as you described, ma'am."
The woman slapped her knee. "Oh dear, if a child like this isn't good-looking, then there are no good-looking children at all. How old is this child?"
"She is one year and three months old."
"Huh? It doesn't look like it. This child looks much older. You really know how to raise children, sister."
The man next to the woman kept glancing around, seemingly searching for his next target.
Tang Yue carefully checked the carriage number. "There's a middle-aged couple near the toilet in carriage number 7 who don't look like good people. The others..."
Just as Tang Yue was about to say that she hadn't discovered anything else, she felt a faint gaze sweeping over her. She sneered. They've got their eyes on her now. She really didn't know what these people were thinking.
Chang Yin and Sun Jinan were both very perceptive, and naturally they noticed the two pairs of eyes. They exchanged a glance, Chang Yin made a few hand gestures, and Sun Jinan stood up, saying, "I'm going to the restroom."
After saying that, he walked directly towards the toilet.
After a while, Chang Yin looked at Tang Yue and said, "Are you hungry? Let me take you to the dining car to eat."
"Okay, I'm a little hungry." The two got up and walked out. As they passed the two people who were staring at her, before they could make a move, Chang Yin knocked them unconscious with two karate chopes.
This action immediately caused a commotion in the surrounding area. "Everyone, don't panic. These two are human traffickers. I will hand them over to the train police."
Seeing that Chang Yin was in military uniform, everyone knew he was a soldier, and they generally trusted soldiers. So they all made way for Chang Yin and Tang Yue.
To avoid alerting the two men, Chang Yin tied them up and threw them into the train conductor's break room. Knowing the seriousness of the situation, the conductor locked the break room door from the outside. The windows were small and couldn't be opened, so he wasn't worried about the two men waking up and trying to escape.
The disturbance was quickly quelled, and the train attendants, in cooperation with Chang Yin, prevented people in the carriage from moving around freely to prevent the news from leaking out.
Tang Yue and Chang Yin slowly made their way through the crowded aisle of the train carriage. With 30 minutes to go before the next stop, they felt that those people would definitely get off at this station, otherwise the parents of the children they were holding would surely find out and cause a scene on the train.
They arrived at the hard-seat carriage and saw the suspects walking towards them from afar, whispering something as they stepped aside to let them pass. The one named Jinbao had already been kidnapped and was now sleeping in a secluded spot in the aisle closest to Tang Yue and the others.
Tang Yue whispered to Chang Yin, "Battalion Commander, the children they've been holding have all been drugged." Chang Yin nodded slightly.
Tang Yue had withdrawn her consciousness earlier and didn't know how these human traffickers had brought Jinbao over. What about the middle-aged woman? She extended her consciousness outward to check. Although the woman wasn't a good person, these human traffickers were even more vicious.
Just then, one of the traffickers seemed to sense something was wrong, and suddenly looked up, cautiously glancing around.
Tang Yue and Chang Yin reacted extremely quickly, instantly flashing behind a nearby seat without making a sound. The human trafficker glanced around suspiciously, and seeing nothing amiss, lowered his head again to continue their scheme.
Just then, the middle-aged couple who had just been talking to a woman entered the carriage carrying a sleeping child. Now, the six of them had five children, all of whom were asleep.
However, the middle-aged couple didn't approach the traffickers. Two other traffickers, each holding a child, sat near the car door. Two more walked over to Jinbao, each carrying a child.
Tang Yue, Chang Yin, and Sun Jinan quietly arrived at their carefully chosen best positions to make their move, their eyes fixed on the human traffickers holding children.
They didn't want to use their spiritual power in the cramped and overcrowded train carriage. After all, some things shouldn't be used in front of so many people; everything had to appear reasonable.
Chang Yin stood at one end of the aisle in the carriage, seemingly casually adjusting his sleeves, but in reality, his eyes were as sharp as an eagle's, constantly watching the human traffickers' every move.
Tang Yue hid near the seat by the car window, her eyes fixed on the outside, but her mind was already fixed on the two suspects closest to her.
