Watching the two help Vodka away, Gin took a deep breath and subconsciously touched his flowing blond hair, only to find a bald patch on his scalp.
Gin's lips twitched, he cursed inwardly, and then turned and walked towards the base's underground.
He had to report everything that had happened that day to the boss and wait for further instructions.

"Hey, did you hear? It seems like Gin and Vodka got injured on a mission today!"
"No way? Boss Gin got injured? How did you know?" A male and a female researcher whispered to each other in a corner of the base corridor.
"I'll tell you a secret, but you absolutely mustn't tell anyone else." One of the male researchers glanced around furtively before whispering, "A friend of mine just told me this secretly. Boss Vodka is still lying in the medical ward, unable to move at all."
"How's Gin doing?" The female researcher immediately tensed up upon hearing this, eagerly asking about the situation of her most admired Gin.
The male researcher's expression also turned serious. He beckoned to the female researcher to come closer and then lowered his voice to say, "I heard that Gin's most prized flowing blond hair has been shaved off!"
"Ah! Who dares to be so bold!" the female researcher couldn't help but exclaim. She couldn't believe that anyone would dare to lay a hand on Gin's smooth blonde hair.
"I heard they went to deal with a peripheral member of the organization, I think her name was Hirota Masami... but she should have been taken care of by now, since it was Gin himself who came!"
