As soon as she entered the room, she eagerly picked up the phone and quickly dialed a number.
"Beep~"
After a series of rings, a slightly tired female voice answered the phone.
"Hello, is this Xiaolan?"
"Mom, it's me," Xiaolan replied excitedly.
"Ran, is something wrong that you're calling so late?" Eri's voice carried a hint of doubt.
"It's like this, Mom..." Ran turned to look at Yuzuru, who was leisurely lying on the bed, "I'm going to Izu with Yuzuru this weekend, do you want to come along?"
There was a moment of silence on the other end of the phone, then someone said, "Just us?"
"Yeah, yeah, it's just the three of us!"
Xiaolan lies without batting an eye, not even blinking.
She continued to plead, "Mom, please think about it! Izu is so much fun, we'll have so much fun going together."
Is it the weekend?
Eri hesitated. She had to work on the weekend, but she didn't want to refuse her beloved daughter's kindness.
"Mmm!" Xiaolan nodded repeatedly, holding her phone. "It's Saturday and Sunday."
"Okay, I'll be there then."
After thinking for a while, Eri Kisaki finally decided to agree.
She always felt indebted to Xiaolan.
Over the years, due to her busy work schedule, she has had very little time to spend with Xiaolan. Since her daughter rarely invites her to go out and play, she decides to put her work aside for now.
"Oh, really, thank you so much, Mom."
Upon hearing Eri's agreement, Ran couldn't hide the joy on her face.
