Su Renzhong went to the bottom of the cliff to collect some vines. Duanmu Junyu's condition was critical, so he dared not waste time. After collecting enough vines to tie her to himself, he returned to the cave.
Quickly weaving the vines, Su Renzhong tied Duanmu Junyu to his back, ignoring his own injuries, and carried her up the cliff.
Both of the daggers he had brought with him were ruined, but fortunately, Duanmu Junyu had a dagger in her possession.
Although it was poisoned, it still had some use in helping to climb cliffs.
Su Renzhong was anxious and climbed up as fast as he could, taking three steps at a time.
I wonder what's going on up there, and whether the soldiers have collected more vines.
The cliff was very steep, and even though he had climbed it once, Su Renzhong still found it very strenuous to carry someone on his back.
Although he was very tired, Su Renzhong did not dare to stop for a moment and continued to climb up at a rapid pace.

Seeing that Su Renzhong had finally climbed up, Mu Wenhai quickly ran to the edge of the cliff to pull him up.
By the time Su Renzhong climbed up the cliff, everyone was exhausted.

Su Renzhong untied the vines, caught Duanmu Junyu, and checked her veins. Finding that she was still alive, he breathed a sigh of relief.
Thankfully, she's still alive; there's still hope for her!
It was completely dark when Mu Wenhai could no longer see the woman's face in Su Renzhong's arms, but he could tell from her figure that she was a woman.
Seeing Su Renzhong's affectionate gestures towards her, Mu Wenhai found it all quite strange.
This was the first time he had ever seen Su Renzhong so close to a woman, and so concerned about her!

Before he could even see who it was, Su Renzhong had already carried Duanmu Junyu and leaped onto Mu Wenhai's horse.
"Thanks, I'll head back now. You bring them back." Su Renzhong said to Mu Wenhai, then spurred his horse and galloped away.
This time, it was really thanks to Mu Wenhai that the time it took him to climb the cliff was reduced by half. Otherwise, by the time he reached the top, Duanmu Junyu would probably be dead.
It's uncertain whether Duanmu Junyu will survive; we'll only know after the military doctor treats her!

Meanwhile, Su Renzhong had already returned to the camp. The soldiers there were all stunned to see that Su Renzhong had brought a woman back with him.
What's going on? How come the general went out and brought a woman back with him? Isn't he always averse to women?
Ignoring the strange looks from the soldiers, Su Renzhong dismounted and carried Duanmu Junyu to the army doctor's tent.
"General." Several military doctors were also stunned when they saw Su Renzhong carrying a woman back.
