Leng Xiyue looked at each corpse one by one. These were once the people she knew best, the people who laughed and played around her, so vibrant and lively. But now, they had all turned into cold corpses.
Leng Xiyue finally stopped in front of the two corpses. Looking at the two corpses side by side, her eyes reddened again.
She had been there for three years, and her memories of those three years were filled with them. Her mother was stern, yet she was always kind and loving towards her. Her father was gentle, not only doting on her but also kind to those under his command.
She once thought that she had finally found her own family here, but after only three short years, they all left her again.

Seeing that Leng Xiyue's eyes were red and she was not speaking, Xiao Bao stepped forward and took her hand: "Are they your parents?"
“It’s them.” Leng Xiyue nodded.
Youyi hurried over, and after confirming the identities of the two corpses, he looked at Xiaobao and said, "Should you take your junior sister out of the city first, or should I send both of you out of the city together?"
Xiao Bao squatted down in front of Leng Xiyue: "Junior sister, get on my back, I'll carry you out."
