Shen Qingtang looked down at Pei Nian'an's serious little face, and a warm feeling instantly welled up in her heart.
She knelt down and gently touched Pei Nian'an's head, her eyes slightly red but a smile appearing on her face: "Thank you, Nian'an. Auntie isn't sad. With you here, Auntie isn't afraid."
Pei Wuwang stood aside, watching the interaction between Shen Qingtang and Pei Nian'an, and his heart stirred for no reason.
