Afang only then realized what was happening. She exchanged a glance with her mother and asked incredulously, "He hasn't lost his memory, has he?"
Afang poked Chen Dong's head with her finger, then glanced at him up and down before vaguely saying, "Yes, yes, I've heard that if someone gets injured, especially in the brain, it can indeed affect their memory."
"Do you remember? When he came to our house before yesterday, there was a huge swelling on the back of his head. He must have injured his brain."
