"You call this filling your stomach?" He Yuzhu looked at the canned food and candies on the table, feeling sour in his heart. The food was better than what they had during the Chinese New Year. He squinted at Li Qinghe and said, "I'm not full either, so why don't you show any appreciation?"
"Okay, go ahead and be greedy." Li Qinghe laughed dumbly, took some food from the cupboard and put it in her hand, "Eat it."
"No, you really gave it to me? I was just kidding." He Yushui was polite, but held the thing tightly.
"Then give it back to me and I'll eat it myself."
"You've already told me what you've given me, so why would you ask for it back? Humph, I won't give it back to you when I go back."
He and Li Qinghe were childhood friends, so he was not so polite and just ran away with the things.
Li Qinghe looked at her back with amusement.
After that, the three of them chatted for a few more words, and Qin Huairu picked up the things and prepared to take her cousin back.
When they reached the door, Li Qinghe grabbed Qin Huairu.

Li Qinghe lifted up the lock hanging on the door. There were several scratches on it, which were left by using a stick to pry the lock.
He whispered, "Sister Qin, it's New Year's Day, I don't want to cause any unpleasantness, and your cousin is here, I'll save your face, and it didn't cause me any loss this time, so I won't care, do you understand what I mean?"
Qin Huairu understood when she saw the scratch on the lock, and she froze. "Qinghe, I am sorry for you this time. Don't worry, there will definitely not be a next time. I will take good care of Banggeng."
