"Beta is alright, but do you think that idiot Shuke can complete the mission?" Xu Lin expressed her doubts.
"No problem, I've already trained."
"Look at how silly it usually is. It's one thing if it fails to complete the task, but it might even lose its life."
Xu Lin glanced at Shu Ke, who actually winked at her, making Xu Lin feel even more unreliable.

The group nodded in agreement. Zhou Pin brought over Shuke and Beta, who were on leashes, and the four of them led the two dogs back.

The two found a river nearby. The extreme heat hadn't dried it up, and now that the temperature had dropped, the water was clear. It seems that Brother Long knows how to find a good spot.
